I have ADD and medications like Vyvanse and Adderall 100% make me calm down and be able to focus. It isn't just doctor bullshit.

Funny how ADD came up around the time that computers, cell phones, and junk information became instant. It's almost like ADD is just being bored of boring shit that you have to do, and kids don't want to do it, so they get called ADD or ADHD. It also coincides with schools becoming prison diploma mills that teach people stupid ways to do math incorrectly. I'm with the idea that amphetamines don't help, and i say this as a smoker, because that also is something that is "supposed to help" and comes with the invariable side effects.
