Apologies if this is a sensitive subject but I’ve never really seen it laid out in the open, just bits and pieces. I know that he lives in Europe now and I’m not really interested as to why. What I care more about is some of the feelings of grief towards America, like the meat and cheese thread and him not really giving a damn about the Key Bridge destruction. Also he often says he doesn’t like politics and avoids it, but he also doesn’t seem like the typical centrist type who ‘hates politics’. Rather, it seems more akin to a victim avoiding a traumatic subject.

Did something happen in his childhood? Did Ronald Reagan fuck his girlfriend or something?

The US is a great country that has been run into the ground by incompetent fools. We make every effort to accommodate shitty behavior, and whenever normal people react to the shitty behavior they're the ones who get punished. On top of this, if you look at the 2 major political parties, nobody is doing anything to actually fix it. Josh has seen many different countries, and different countries have different strengths and weaknesses. I'd imagine its very frustrating to see his home deteriorate while the population has their heads too far up their own asses to actually improve anything. This country can be better. When you whine about this perceived decline, are you really talking about anything other racial/sexual minorities? Because as I view things, we're living at an extremely high point in human history, likely the best so far.
