Idol based fans (US) who're weebs that understand the culture, are basically watching this as a form of escapism, are pretty aesthetic or flat out don't want any social political seasoning..

The twitch breed (this can apply to basically anyone who essentially views the medium through a western lens). These are the types that largely watch people like Hassan and more often than not want their content creators to be a reflection of themselves or to even speak up about whatever is going on in the world.

The second group is looking at stuff but most of us already know about but instead of laughing and shrugging it off they make a big deal out of it ( Sachi and Karen saying Nigga, some corpors being into Shota shit, etc).

You basically have two different sides of the metaphorical coin colliding with each other and getting into each other's spaces

You can say hi to people its fine, especially at a con where she was probably doing a fan meetup. stop being a sperg she even says shes happy to meet fans just doesnt feel comfortable talking about her personas. Also you dont need to go looking on the darkweb to know about it it spreads via word of mouth in communities and shes openly talked about it on her podcast.

A fan meetup is a bit of a different situation, true. You're making some advertisement of your presence and giving people a window to potentially make an ass of themselves. The rest is whatever; I'll happily consneed that other people know a lot more about that lady than I do. She creeps me out so I don't keep up with her.

Kiara's real identity is one of the worst kept secrets in Vtubing, beaten only by Calli/Karen. Its practically an open secret at this point, not helped by the fact that Kiara/Keekihime maintains activity on her roommate account and happily name dropped herself as Kiara on said account. One need not go down the face dox rabbit hole to figure out who she is, and she almost certainly understands this as this point.
