Have you actually tried to report rape? It's awful, they wont help anyone you try to call on behalf of, either. If the victim does not call for themselves, the police will ignore your report. you can sit there and have outstanding evidence of a pedophile talking to a kid and they will say "you can't report it for someone else."
Does that sound like a world that really wants to get rid of rape? No. They like to rape, and they don't plan on getting rid of it, they just use trickery to keep doing it, they pretend there is something done about these fuckers and there isn't. Take a look around brother, what was done about it? Nothing.
What's strange is even with NO evidence, if a pedophile confesses in a confrontation, no evidence is needed at all and they will be convicted without actual proof or evidence. So much for needing evidence at all if all we really need is a confrontation, but we need evidence for the confrontation???....

If they only need to be confronted then they should always be confronted at least once just for the off chance they might confess and need no evidence, you can't ask for that twice anyway so why not just get it over with? Well to no end they will refuse you.
They will refuse to confront them without evidence, but don't even need evidence if a confession is made. The law is broken, law is like old code no one has updated in a fucking long time and it has a lot of bad loopholes in it.
Even if your report is "there is a rapist stalking a kid", because that little kid isn't calling the police for themselves, the whole situation goes unchecked.
The only way they'll get to the bottom of it is by updating the polygraph, and not just updating it, but legally enforcing it to be used regardless of the statutes of limitations.
You live in a world where your dad could be a rapist who is just being hush about it, because that's how much they just let them go. Once he expires 10-20 years on his victims, they can't report him even with perfect evidence. You will be met with "it's too late".
You can go and say "look there he is, the rapist walking down the street!" and they'll say "we already went over this, it's too late for you to report that."
They claim to give longer sentences to people who rape children, but the children are often too young to remember anything that has happened to them and what evidence will a child have that most adults don't even have? What does more time uproot in evidence? 99.99% of the time, extra time taken yields nothing for rape cases because the convicting evidence is still missing or denied.
Even when someone goes all the way to court to try and fight once and for all, they are met with several scenarios that shove them back and leave them feeling unsafe in a rapey unhinged fucking nast world.
Most people don't even know this is how bad it is, they think rape is so bad that there GOTTA be something we do for it, but nope, think again. America, Canada, UK and Asia do next to nothing about it. They follow ancient roman law with the statute of limitations and a few other random laws throughout history like a bunch of culture vultures destined to make a pro-male society that fucks as they please.
You ask a cop "can I report rape" and they will say yes.
If you actually have a rape case to report though? You find all the NOPE they were hiding and they don't actually help you most of the time.
Always blows my mind that claim they will confront the pedophile but when you have a report and ask them to, they don't. This is why people think they help, because most of you will only be askers and only a few of us are actual victims needing help that find out there is something wrong in the system.
It's broken, it's outdated and of course a man ran world would be late to updating a polygraph but never late on updating their xbox, phone, car or tie.
