It's also funny that they made Raiden Asian after he was played by white guys in the past two movies when Kano was originally half Japanese in the first game, but after Trevor Goddard performance in the first movie he was retcon to be a white guy.

Which reminds me that Bi-Han and Kuai Liang despite being brothers have different family names. And you see this nowhere else with characters that are related and have full names.

It's insane how Elder Kung Lao fucking exists to chew the scenery only. Even in his ending, he's just there as Raidens handmaiden and helping him out with Shujinko.

I thought they'd have done a prequel about the old tournament(s) by now, especially since they can do time travel shenanigans and use all the mandatory characters (in additional to all the ones that would be alive anyway or whatever). Instead I guess they erased all of that from existence or something? Oh well.

MK11 had a lot of cancer in it, but at least the designs weren't vomit inducing. At least, the ones I can remember. I had a lot of problems with the first trailer for MK1, but I didn't delve much deeply into it after Raiden became a gook. There's no way around not making him White, when for idk 25 years he's been White. Pesina's Raiden was made to look White. No one back then even could tell he was Hispanic. It's been a while since I played MKX but I don't remember the game having any woke shit in it. None of the characters were race swapped and most of the female characters weren't covered up like they were in MK11 and from what I remember they didn't make any of the normally attractive female characters ugly af like they did in MK1 (RIP Tanya)

Edit: Forgot about the tokenized gay character they put in the game. One of the male characters, can't remember his name, drops a subtle hint that he's gay but it's a throwaway line and from what I remember he never flirts with any of the male characters nor does he constantly tell everyone how much he loves cock.
