Literal fucking fanfiction.

This is probably my favorite part of his "argument" why Florida is bad. View attachment 6008755

Two of the three things he's quoting are talking about the Defendant - who legally resides in Florida, one talks about where the events occurred. Since they occurred on Kiwi Farms, a website, which is based in Florida, I would see a good argument for all three reasons he quoted to apply.

Shitlips appears to have accidently argued for why the venue change was correctly decided.

The nonsense about it almost being filed in Nevada is hilarious too, but this is just gold. Unless I'm wrong, in which case I'm the retard. Please clap.
Does he not understand that Null and the Kiwifarms are the defendant? I'm honestly lost for words.

Wait, Russell has a friend? Could this be the lawyer friend that threatened him to not be named in the book?
If not, that would imply he made 2 (two!) friends in his adulthood.

Like who? Russ doesn't have any friends.
I hope it's the guy whom ole shitlips gave a handy to.

So he is once again admitting to the court that this case has nothing to do with Copyright, but is simply a pretense for the Plaintiff to prevent the bad mens at the Kiwi Farms from saying bad things about him online. Which was already adjudicated and he lost. he failed to respond to the Change of Motion Venue. He failed to respond to anything. Have we legitimately reached the point where Hardin can request sanctions for all of this ongoing defamatory bad faith bullshit?

His whining that Josh didn't follow his 'simple offer' stuck out to me:

Wish we had the audio from that meeting:
> Greer: Remove all evidence that I'm a sex pest who tries to litigate my way into women's pants and I'll stop trying to bankrupt you by dragging out this case.
> Null: No :story:

Realistically if Null did that he'd have every idiot documented on the site trying to get him to 'settle'.

Does he not understand that Null and the Kiwifarms are the defendant? I'm honestly lost for words.
He's been lying and crying and acting like he's the one being harassed through the legal system for years...

*files multiple vexatious frivolous lawsuits*

"Pweeeeaase! Pweease just leave me alone! Stop hurting meeee! Just let me live in peace!"

do you guys think this case will cause some judges/legal people to be more prejudiced towards disabled people/pro se litigants? Imagine reading all this garbage.
Russ has nothing on the sovereign citizens. Or, on the criminal side of the law, the murderers and career criminals. It won't do anything to improve their opinion of pro se morons, but Russ is far from the worst any one of the people involved have seen.

Every line of this is pure perfection. If I was tasked with composing a fake email from an evil stalker child kiwi farmer, with the goal of making it as obvious as possible that Russ wrote it, there is no way I could have come close to this masterpiece.
Well, Russell... looks like this is the end for you. Your new song failed thanks to troll comments. Your lawsuit failed thanks to payments made by Kiwi Farms to judges and lawyers to "look the other way" when you made filings and ignore all your arguments. And now our agents have smeared your name on Twitter, destroying any chance you had to be an activist. No disabled person will ever be allowed to succeed. The fact is, you could have been the leader of a new generation of disabled activists... but thanks to us, that will never happen. But you should feel flattered [can't read]. There is no hope for you... only despair... darkness... and doom.

yours,

Kiwi Farms

The implication that his song would be a smash hit, he would have dazzled the courts with his brilliant legal arguments, and would be an activist for disabled people if it weren't for those darned kiwi farms agents with their slahnder, troll comments, and bribery.

I didn't bother reading any of this (yet), but just scrolling through I see he's included a picture of... Hitler? (As attached in posts above.) In a motion to... transfer venue?

He's really outdone himself this time.
He does that often. He cites that as evidence of KF bullying usually, IIRC.
Who else, in a lawsuit about contributary copyright infringement, specifically regarding a change of venue, would present as evidence that someone changed his IMDB credit to 'drooling hunchback'?Screenshot 2024-05-21 232814.png
Oh! That's a reference to the time he sued KF users demanding a restraining order. See more here:

By Russ's own logic, he can't ask for the case to be transferred to Nevada now because he never asked for that during the first 3 years of the case, so he waived the right
Hasn't Mr. Hardin explained to him that he is confusing federal law with Rule 12 objections? I'm pretty sure he has.
. Since they occurred on Kiwi Farms, a website, which is based in Florida,
We are not based in Florida. Our parent company is in West Virginia.
Have we legitimately reached the point where Hardin can request sanctions for all of this ongoing defamatory bad faith bullshit?
I would say so.

"You keep using that word...I do not think it means what you think it means..."

No Russ, you mean they're biased against you. If they were biased toward (not towards) you then they'd be in your favor.

Reminder that Russ actually filed on September 16, 2020, the very same day he pled guilty in his stalking case against the nice young lady in Utah.

Edit: Good lord I love Mr. Hardin.

"im (sic) tired of dealing with this"

two alternatives come to mind
1) dismiss this lawsuit you are incapable of prosecuting
2) DO IT RIGHT

I'm not sure that "failing to do anything correctly or on schedule but then whining to the magistrate that the defendants aren't letting me win" is really a good strat
