I completely agree with the nanny thing. I've mentioned this a couple times in sneedchat previously, that Nick got rid of their actual nanny (the one who bought $3000 worth of junk and snacks) and that he's "employed" April as the Rekieta's live-in nanny/maid that both him and Kayla are being serviced by.

Yeah I agree with that, however I will say that although I think the old nanny is gone, it's not clear whether she quit, or was fired, or what. Nick started saying some very vague things around the start of the year in his nightly "LIFE IS SO HECTIC!" word salad and convincing speculation was that he were referring to the nanny quitting.

It seemed sort of obvious to me from his statement that the nanny quit without notice. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried getting her into the hot tub and between that and the drinking, she decided she didn’t want to work for degenerates.

I think this is the clip being discussed, from February 13 of this year.

After that, I suspected Nick's next move would be try to bring in April Imholte as a nanny or at least some sort of driver for the kids.

In terms of when April moved in, it's not clear. The first stream where it seems convincing that there was a Corner Demon was March 22, but it could be that she was there before that.

I have a massive backlog of streams I want to watch at this point, but that sounds like it checks out.

The one thing I will say is that the seething goes in both directions. This is mentioned in the STMS OP but my understanding of the situation is that April at one point became convinced that a person in Steel Toe alog Chad Zumock's chat was Aaron's first wife Ashley and there was a ton of drama over that. She absolutely despised Aaron's first wife.

I am not so sure "jealousy" is the reason. I think his ex might have done that out of genuine concern for her children's safety. It fits with the fact even Aaron's parents weren't happy with Aaron marrying April, and supposedly they stopped talking to him (apparently that rift has now been repaired).

The more I hear about April, the more I don't like her. In fact, I dislike her a hell of a lot more than I dislike him (meaning Aaron) now. I have been reassessing my opinion of Aaron.
