just like with his arm, he could deff have fixed that and stand and walk. he probably can now but he's just letting it all atrophy. Insane to me. With all the money they spend on bs they could have a home PT come (even a CNA who would help him with his mobility and getting him to ho out more) and he could have been so much better. I've always assumed that Tammy must have inherited a bunch of money or something, there's no way they could live that lifestyle off one accountant income, could they? Especially with Jack blowing money on grills/smokers/freeze dryers etc, and tech gadgets(for his youtube channel he gets no return on).

I think the speculation is that yeah, her parents own that HVAC company, and she herself is/was a CPA so she has a decent income, she also lied about her degree so she could have a network just from that job. I think a lot of their money comes from inheritance and real estate because inadvertently or not theyve lived in high-interest high-income areas.

For his house, I could see him getting a 'deal' from some megachurch contractor or some shit. Plus I have always imagined he has money from the fact that hes from California and I think he was born in New York, like Long Island? That house also doesnt look like a very complex build, so I could see it being 'relatively' cheap. Hes not having a house built hes building like a barn. If hes getting a deal its probably the same cost just to build a shed or something because rural living you probably know and live with a lot of contractors and shit, especially around a boomtown like Nashville.

Yeah, a controller or CFO doesn't really need to be a CPA, only public accountants need that to advance in their careers. In larger companies it's required or preferred but for most small businesses not at all.

A CMA is often a lot more valuable for someone working in accounting for a manufacturer or contractor.

They're some of the only people who engage with him regularly and treat him genuinely (from Jack's POV). We also have to remember Jack has had multiple strokes and already wasn't the brightest, so his peanut brain is even more fried.

It makes me wonder if Tammy sees through the subtle trolling or if she just doesn't give a fuck/is just as dumb. Especially after meeting up with the Milanowski's in person.
