I just want to thank Fat Tony for helping me learn that NONCE isn't actually a word but an acronym. I always thought it just meant pedo but it actually stands for Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise.

It's a label old British screws used to punish pedo's who fell into their grasp. They would basically lock them up and toss out the key as the sick fucks would only get out of their cell if/when the guards choose to allow them. They'd label the cell N.O.N.C.E. and everyone would know what was inside.

I hope she doesn't let it rest there.
If she's up for it I suspect there's a bit left in their "settling police overreach, trans lunacy, and outfuckingrageous behaviour" budget. An FOI request or a bit of digging around in the process of conducting a civil suit might uncover some of the names behind this absolute witch hunt.

This is only the unnecessary costs they forced me to incur and I'm still slightly out of pocket. They offered me a smaller amount initially, then substantially increased it, but it doesn't meet 100% of my costs.

The reason I accepted is because it's rare to get back 100% of costs, local courts tend to side with the police and there was a risk that had I declined the second offer, I would have appeared unreasonable and got nothing.

I'm after compensation for the entire debacle and an apology.

There's so much I could say about the appalling police behaviour, but it's ongoing litigation so I can't.

The fact that they've ponied up several thousands for my costs is telling.

Did you order a SAR and a copy of the interview recording? It would be interesting to see how much is redacted in the SAR. Should be very easy to read behind the lines and see if more than one “witness” was involved.
