This really is the Ohio state legislature straight up trolling the Democratic party. I believe they have accepted provisional certifications before and just decided not to this year because the RNC convention is before the deadline and they realized a great trolling opportunity.

And there’s nothing the Democrats can do about it. State legislature elections have consequences!

Looks that way, I do wonder how bad this will hurt democrats running in state and federal offices aside from the presidency.

A considerable amount of Americans don't even show up to vote in the midterms.

Turnout is always the highest on an presidential election year.

The Dems would be fucking retarded to not take immediate action to get Biden on the ballot. If they don't turnout in Ohio will be low and Republicans could take more seats than anticipated.

Anyone know how competitive these seats are?

Like I said before Sherrod Brown is going to be in a tough fight to retain his Senate seat (most everyone has his race as a Toss-up but I think Moreno has a small advantage) and there are two Democratic House Reps in toss-up races.
