Milwaukee reporter Kaylee Staral with TMJ4 was recording a follow up report on a shooting when she witnessed a hit and run in which a driver crashed into a parked car in which a 57-year-old was sitting. The driver of the instigating car exited the vehicle and fled on foot while the passenger struggled to get out of the car and appeared to be in substantial pain.

Milwaukee police said the car had been freshly stolen and that two people were hurt in the incident. From behind the reporter, a car can be seen veering into an intersection before leaving the roadway, jumping the curb, and smashing into a parked car.

Wow! News crew in Milwaukee catches a crash involving a stolen vehicle while conducting an interview about a shooting.

The driver of the vehicle then exits and flees on foot, leaving the passenger to fend for themselves. A passerby attempts to aid the passenger and the reporters call 911 to report the incident.

In a report, TMJ4 gives further details on the incident, which happened on Sunday night. Per police, a driver lost control of the car before crashing into a parked car. That parked car smashed into an unmarked Milwaukee Police Department squad car.

The man who was in the parked car was taken to the hospital for treatment, as was the passenger of the stolen car, who was treated and then arrested.

TMJ4 brought the incident to the attention of Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson, who was primarily concerned about the injuries sustained by the passenger in the stolen car.

"The passenger in that video that you just showed me, he couldn't even get up, he couldn't even move," Johnson told TMJ4. "He tried to get out of the car and he collapsed. You don't want that to be your kid or a kid you care about. Let's have these conversations and let's put a stop to this."

The driver of the stolen vehicle is still at large.

Wisconsin generally follows the rule that as long as you avoid being close to Illinois you won't see many black people. WI mostly has them in Milwaukee (and surrounding area), Racine, and Janesville and pretty much all of them in those areas are of the nigger variety. Iowa is similar with cities like like Davenport and Dubuque (although the highest black cities are actually pretty inland). Sometime around one of Obama's elections I do remember them building a bunch of section 8 and then they bused in a bunch of nigger residents directly from IL and they've probably kept doing that since.

WI does have a poo problem, a growing number of goat fuckers fresh from Afghanistan, and enough spics to turn numerous counties 70-90% Hispanic. Biden keeps dropping the last two there. The police department and city of Whitewater didn't originally enjoy it, but they followed up later to make sure everyone knew they weren't bad racists so they probably deserve their outcome. Feel bad for the people who live there though and didn't ask for it. I have family in WI still and they've had numerous encounters in the last two years with wannabe gangbangers flashing their guns, didn't used to be like that as long as you avoided the above cities but everything everywhere must be made worse all the time. Except Iowa, passing constitutional carry in 2021 was pretty sweet.
You can find an enclave of fresh blacks in Wausau.

Might have been a bad idea for the bystanders to try and move the guy on the ground, especially by pulling his legs. If he "couldn't even move," there could be nerve damage that trying to move him yourself could exacerbate.
Fuck that guy. Maybe his friend shouldn't have heroically ran off with his ass hanging out.
