I'm assuming Lisa just didn't want to join Phase, maybe she was afraid schizos would whine about her being a nepo hire, or maybe Phase didn't or couldn't offer what she was looking for in terms of what she wants from her time vtubing. Grain of salt I guess since I'm a fan of Mori and find Kiara annoying so make of that what you will.

My impression of it was a mix of both's particular autism on debut. Kiara's clingyness/imposter syndrome making her overeager to latch on to the "ship". Mori's uncertainty if she even belonged somewhere like holo, and her own imposter syndrome, making her extremely standoffish to the whole thing.

It felt forced because they were both forcing it, not out of distaste for one another but just because they're both their own brand of autist and also had not really built up a foundation of a genuine friendship yet at that point.

It's better nowadays now that they've just become friends normally and feel more comfortable in holo (and also Kiara has others like Nerissa now to channel her needy side into)

Has anyone ever graduated from PC? I'm only aware of a 'termination', and she didn't keep any of the IP.

What I'm thinking is likely the case is she wanted to come in with her pre-existing model (like Yuri), and also get to keep it in case they do part ways (unlike Yuri), but Fishman probably owns the IP for all existing PC models, and making an exception will open him up to the possibility of losing all his currently owned IP in case anything major happens between him and the sad girls.

Just Yuri. I don't think Fishman is shrewd enough to say that joining as an invader means he gets to keep your model as an IP. Maybe in Yuri's case, it was better to seperate herself from the negativity of a termination?

From what I've read before doesn't she stream kinda inconsistently? Unreliable schedule could be a reason why Fishman wasn't interested.

I would take what she said as Fishman never made "an offer," not that they weren't ever in discussion/negotiation. I'd guess not making it to the "offer" stage was likely down to the parties not being able to reach an agreement on terms, resources, level of support, etc.

It could be a million things. For all we know, there may be a major personality conflict with one of the other girls (there are a lot of them now) and maybe Fishman wasn't comfortable offering assurances of the parties not being required to interact. Maybe Lisa wants to be able to pursue a label deal for music, and that was an IP non-starter for the fish. Could be that Phase's stream frequency/length expectations are outside Lisa's stamina. Literally could be anything.
