Yes, but while I thought the Colorado thing was beyond stupid and the longest of long shots imaginable in this case, I still think Randazza is possibly doing the best job he can with the worst case possible.

Of course, I do know that a lawyer’s legal ability isn’t necessarily dictated by their win/loss ratio, the types of cases they’ve done, or even their law school. So who’s to say he’s really all that much better than a cheaper but less famous lawyer
