Yes, it’s been questioned before. To my knowledge, his only sporting records were his marathons.

To be fair to him, he did his earlier runs in respectable times. Not excellent, but certainly a good time for a normal 20-30s guy with a desk job.
It’s another thing indicative of his delicate ego that he had to cheat his last one and make out he ran on a sprained ankle.
Had he been mature and self assured enough to accept that there was nothing to be ashamed of with his earlier speeds then he wouldn’t have come up with these lies that got him exposed.

I checked the marathon cheating section of the OP of this thread and I stand very corrected (the record).

Fatrick was in the bottom quarter or so of the 2016 marathon.
This is the only marathon which appears to still have results available and this was the one he (almost certainly) cheated in.

So perhaps this was indicative that he is simply a very mediocre runner.
Did one have to qualify to run in this particular marathon or was it just a sign up first come first served kind of deal?

If he had to qualify, fair enough, that means he was a more than mediocre runner. They don’t only require people to be Olympic or professional standard, but a lot more than probably won’t expire from heart failure after the first mile.

If it was just sign up and you can run, then he could have been the lardest lard arse to ride a rascal to the pie and cake section of Walmart.

There would be for the most part, most clubs/major competitions all use a website called Practiscore to advertise matches and post scores. That being said some rinky dink club out in the middle of no where probably wouldn't use it or post the scores anywhere that would logged or tracked.

A 12 year old is going to remember the order of targets/number of rounds for that drill, trying to push their speed and accuracy to the limit, while always remembering to keep the gun pointed downrange and showing safe and clear before going to check the targets? At most, he got to plink with a .22 off to the side and his ego forces him to remember it as him competing. Was Fat's dad a big gun guy? I don't really see him driving his 12 year old to a match otherwise.
