Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / Actually Criminal / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Lawtuber" turned Dabbleverse streamer, swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a cuckold who lost his license to practice law. Wife's bod worth $50. The normies even know.
For all we know, people already have contacted CPS and this is still the reality we inhabit. If people are going to take that sort of action, that's their personal prerogative and they shouldn't detail those efforts in the thread.
All that said, Kiwi Farms isn't the venue for those sorts of discussions or plans. It's not against the rules to contact CPS of your own accord in private and keep it to yourself, but it is against the rules to plan or discuss it here. You're obviously asking in good faith (knowing the children are almost definitely being impacted is understandably heartbreaking to consider), but it still falls outside the scope of this website.
I didn't say to do it, I'm just saying that calling CPS isn't effective. If you call them and say some live streamer is drunk and might have some powder on his nose, which will be a voice mail because their closed when Nick streams, they're not going to run to the rescue. But as the above poster said, for all we know they've been contacted.
i hate to be the neghole pozzer but honestly the best course of Action is actually to call his parents they are the only ones who know the ins and outs of the trust, have enough money for a good lawyer who can send them to the right person who actually gives a fuck in cps or is bribeable so they can pull out their grandkids from there unless they are similar pieces of shit like nick and actually dont give a fuck and cant be bothered and dont want to be resposible for 5 possibly feral children ,

For the record I'm asking in good faith and wasn't trying to organize anything here, and not asking people to break the rules. Im just more surprised is all. but again if I did break the rules mods please delete the post and let me know I won't do it again.

The fact that his dad is asking to go on his stream makes me think that Nick's family is probably just as retarded. There's a reason Nick is a narcissist, you're not just born one by chance.
Kayla's family on the other hand. Didn't Nick say their relationships is fractured? Could be why. But as a foster parent CPS isn't going to remove the kids from their home based on what we see. They have other issues backlogged like tranny homeless people walking around with starving babies exposed to the sun (my daughter's story), or children being sexually assaulted. Removal is a last ditch effort. Sadly those kids are stuck in some kind of limbo unless Nick gets arrested for possession and even then Kayla will just be taking care of them.

The best course of action is to log, archive, harvest and laugh about this debacle.
We only have 3rd party information and gossip. And we are not in a position to touch this cow.
That movie was a great piece of filler. Lance Henrikson chewing scenery really made the movie work. Brian Boswell was just there compared to the rest of the cast. I cant forget Willam Forsythe as a greasy biker with some zippy lines.
If you like ‘Stone Cold’ you might also like Beyond the Law.
Beyond the Law (also known as Fixing the Shadow and as Made of Steel in its Director's Cut) is a 1993 American crime drama film written and directed by Larry Ferguson (in his directing debut). It tells the story of Dan Saxon, an undercover cop who infiltrates a group of criminal outlaw bikers behind a drug-smuggling and arms-dealing operation. In order to maintain their trust, he must commit ever more dangerous and heinous crimes and must question how far he can go beyond the law. The film stars Charlie Sheen, Linda Fiorentino, and Michael Madsen.
The state bar could make keeping his license such a rehab requirement.
The excessive drinking of lawyers is a concern to the bar. Tie the drinking to the reason for the lawsuit and the bar might be enough for such an order.
We need to call the real CPS: Cuckieta Protective Services. Bring in the nose guard cavalry, Juju the Cow can only post so many retarded tweets in Nick's defense before he too has to go get his ass fucked.
If he keeps going down this road he will eventually get arrested for something (DUI, public indecency, idk pick your poison) and will either be disbarred or have his license suspended and if that happens, what more does rackets have going?
Also isn't coke cut with fentanyl and/or meth? It might be my shit hole area but I know a few kids died of laced coke recently.
Rackets has claimed he has been both SWAT'd and had visits from CPS in the past. Many streamers end up setting a notice with the local PD or sheriff about the potential for fake calls. CPS are even worse than the SWAT team, but they may have done the same if there have been fake concern-troll calls in the past.
If PPP's note from Aaron's / April's local community is accurate, it seems like maybe there has been some talk locally on their end, not sure if it rose to the CPS check level. No idea why the locals haven't called in on the Racketses. The kids don't look as unhealthy as the parents, thank God Aaron was feeding them for a while.

The Imholte guy could have. It even would have a lot of credibility since he used to be a close friend, his (ours now) wife is still living with the Rekietas and he is a first hand witness of the degeneracy of the Nose Crack Den. If he cared so much about the children I think that he would have done so at the very least. That's why I don't buy him caring about them. If it turns out that he called them already and isn't publicly announcing it then I'll eat crow.
You are correct. In the stream back in 2019 where Metokur introduced Monty to Nick he went out of his way to explicitly state that he wasn't accusing Monty of being a pedo. You can check the stream below if you want to verify it for yourself:

I fully believe you; it worries me too that parents like this can get away with this shit and I empathize with you in asking in exasperation "why is no one intervening?"
This contradicts Aaron saying on his own stream today that he probably wasn't going on. We'll see. It'll be amazing if they get Aaron and Metokur both on to discuss Rekieta, but if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
It's my understanding that basically anything can be laced with fent these days. They'll cut it in so they can dilute the product more and you'll still get fucked up. Doesn't matter if it's an upper, downer, whatever. You have a harder time finding what it isn't in these days, I guess.
