So the "Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4" charge means that they had any of the following
Schedule 1 - Certain high powered Opiates, hard drugs like meth or cocaine, or hallucinogens
Schedule 2 - Synthetic drugs like prescription opiates
Schedule 3 - Certain Benzos or over a certain amount of opiates
Schedule 4 - Benzos like Xanax or certain stimulant prescription drugs
