I know this is offtopic sperging but you have no idea how much I hate this mentality, every fucking fagbase of a dead series always has to cope and pressure people into buying shit because "guize maybe if enough copies are sold they'll bring back our heckin series!!!!"
Klonoa fags did this, metroid fags did this, banjo fags do this with merch, and now paper mario fags are doing this, it is so tiresome how many fucking people just cannot let go and move on

If anyone could find or make a list of the localizations, I'd appreciate it. It'd help if I actually knew what to look for, rather than having to just read through all of the dialogue. Plus, I'd probably end up missing things.

Preferably the .msbt for the Japanese version (if it's not included in the American version) or the original script, too.
Here's the English text dumped from the US version, and this page describes the control codes so you can try to convert those into the remake's equivalents. I would strongly recommend making a Python script that takes line A from the original and replaces line A from the remake while also changing Gamecube control code B into remake control code B; that way you can theoretically apply that script to any of the original Gamecube versions.

I shudder to imagine the absolute butchering that treehouse would do to Mother 3. I think it's for the best that the game's left alone.
Bro I keep saying, we could NOT have gotten ANY BETTER of an outcome for the fan translation than this.
-No Nintendo DMCA meddling
-Most translation done by a guy who works in the industry for translating japanese media.
-Came out before culture war shit
-If it did get a English release tomorrow, it would be censored and sanitized to hell and back because of Treehouse faggotry.
And mothertroons still have the audacity to beg Nintendo of making a port of the game when what they got was like finding the Rosetta Stone of this game's language, but instead they want to settle with some random incomplete glyphs in the pyramid for it.

My knowledge of Python is incredibly basic, and it's not probably going to improve until after I'm done learning Japanese.

The absolute, unrepentant smugness of these tards is palpable. Even Redditors aren't this proud of their own stupidity.
Why would celebrating a more accurate localization on an old ass game require them to "repent" about their attitude to naysayers?

Welp, that's $60 saved. Treehouse,

MOD EDIT: Further context:
another instance of westerners not understanding other cultures and needing themselves and their ideals being the only truth. Always thought the fandom accepted Vivian as an otokonoko but in the western world that doesn't exist anymore. It's all trans, trans, trans, trans nowadays and even the LGBTQ community as a whole is sick of this bullshit.
