One thing I want to clarify: When you are arrested, the police officer lists the crimes for which he is arresting you. However, it is the job of the District Attorney to actually press charges, and what the DA decides to press may not be the same charges on which the police officer arrested you. Remember, police officers are not lawyers. The DA will press the charges that he thinks he can win. What we are seeing now, I think, are the police officer's charges. They could get worse for Nick, or they could get better. This is based on what I have seen happen in my home state, which is not Minnesota, so feel free to correct me.

I know Null will probably not notice this, but usually in jail, if you're part of the same crime committed, jailers will separate the co-conspirators to prevent them from making a cohesive story. The idea of the two of them staring each other down is funny, but jailers will not allow that because... it never goes down well when two people want to rip each other's throats out.

Imagine being his kids
It's gotta be such a jarring experience for them, nevermind the trauma and embarrassment. From all accounts, they all lived square/squeaky clean lives right up until Nick became a streamer and fell in with Dick and co. The quick downfall is astounding to us as outsiders who have our own lives we have control over. These kids' lives are dependent on their parents, like most kids, and their lives are (or were) in the control of their parents. When their life stability is threatened, kids become keenly aware of this dependence, and it becomes very anxiety-inducing when they realize they can't rely on the people they depend on. It's depressing to think about the perspective of these kids watching their parents become so strange so fast.

The level of selfishness Nick and Kayla have displayed is disgusting.

Can randazza get in trouble for representing such a blatantly coked up retard? If your client is constantly fucked out of his mind on drugs and booze then they can't faithfully sign anything or reliably tell you what they want.
Bitch who do you think most people who need lawyers are?

A lenghty prison sentence may actually be the best possible outcome for them. Beats death.

This last statement by Null about "Please you guys don't fuck this up, I have very few places to go" is just giving me such echoes of when he basically asked Rekieta the same thing a few years back. I don't remember the exact stream, but I know he directly told Nick to please not be a secret degenerate, and Nick promised he wouldn't disappoint Josh.

There could be additional charges added as well like child endangerment and such

Well what sucks about Youtubers'/internet peoples' kids is knowing they'll grow up and find out what losers the parents were when they were young. The Rekeita-lings will see the whole history of Daddy's downfall on the internet over the years of their childhood. I can't imagine what therapy is gonna turn into in the coming years as more people get internet fame and have kids on the side.
