Imagine laughing at your 'friend' getting a felony arrest as part of your 'comedy' show, whilst he's still in prison. Whilst you've encouraged and enabled his substance abuse.

His fucking kids have suffered as a result of all of this and yet you are laughing, then defending it because apparently it's comedy for a family to fall apart because of some man child's midlife crisis.

Then there's Ralph retweeting in support, never mind he knows exactly where Rekeita is when it comes to booze and benzos.

These people are sick in the head. I think the idea that Dick is using these people as a sort of whack pack, pretending they are friends, is self evident now.

I don't know how people can't spot Dicks pattern, he grooms people into being his 'friend' knowing at some point they'll implode in the future. One thing that Dick is really good at spotting is future content, why else would he allow Vito to be near him? Why else would he allow Ralph on the show after everything that had happen?

This raises a question for me. I have no idea, so hopefully somebody with legal/law experience can provide insight.

Given all this, what happens with his ongoing Monty lawsuit? Lets assume for the sake of argument he remains in jail, and that he ultimately loses, so he's on the hook for every penny in this case. Since the trust fund isn't actually available to him right now (and I question whether or not it ever will be now), how are Monty and all the lawyers going to get their fees back by Nicky if he's sent to prison for several years?

I'd hate to see it simply become one of those debts you get nagged about via letters sent to the prison from time to time, and one of those things they try and collect on eventually if they ever get around to it.

Probably a really stupid question.

Someone will clip it, but Aaron was just talking on stream about how Nick brought over a lockbox of drugs to his house. And hid a bullet container of coke in Aaron's couch for later.

I don't know if it really needs to be stated at this point, but if you own a coke bullet, your use is not a "once in a while for a special occasion" type of thing.

Eta: hiding one of these in someone else's house, especially one that may have small children poking around, in the fucking couch cushions of all places, is extremely fucked up.

I just think it's very funny he wasted 50K, 100K, some massive amount of money hiring Randazza (an expensive celebrity attorney) to fight Monty's extremely valid defamation case against him. Considering that the case is proceeding to discovery, all of that cash was basically just set on fire- and it's still ongoing and will cost more to resolve.

Meanwhile, Nick has entered the legal fight of his life. All of that money spent on Randazza could've went to very competent, in-state or even local defense attorneys who know the judge and prosecutors and can negotiate the best plea deal possible.

But no, because of Rekieta's ego, he will have significantly less resources to fight the life-ruining criminal case against him.

He invested resources in the wrong legal battle.

Yeah, I doubt he'd be the first lawyer to catch a coke charge (whether or not it sticks) and the gun factor is just kinda a bullshit thing to tack on. That's the kind of charges you give to a future astronaut out of the city for it to actually go anywhere.
Charge stacking is a common prosecution tactic used to pressure people into taking a plea.
If Nick doesn't get to see a judge on Friday, he'll have the whole long weekend to sober up and actually weigh his options.
Sure would suck if he had to stand in front of the judge he's been shit-talking on stream.

It's probably going to play out exactly as you describe it with what we know right now. Even if he doesn't serve time for this, every other penny he makes from now on will probably go straight to Monty until his debt is paid now that the criminal justice system is involved alongside the civil courts, just due to the fact he has more eyes on him and he won't be able to skirt around it as much. To state the obvious, he's definitely more fucked and definitely more up against the wall in regards to Monty than before he got arrested.

Even if he has the money, you would have to think that as a lawyer, if Nick came to you to defend him in this case, and you went and watched the stream where he ranted and went off about the judge in the Monty case, how Randazza was handling it..etc. Thank you would just say thanks but no thanks..go see the public defender.

What a stupid asshole. Half the posts after Nick's arrest are about how people are worried about his kids. A lot of the posts before he started acting like a retard (because he started abusing drugs) were supportive. No. Kiwi Farms is mean, not Megan Fox who could tell something was wrong but didn't tell Nick in the first place.

That's right. It's better to enable this guy until his family is destroyed than be honest with him right off the bat. Go fuck yourself.
KF is kind, not nice.
The people who surround him are courteous, not kind. Like mormons. TMD.
