It's ironic that it wasn't the drugs or the guns, but rather the child neglect that triggered this whole situation. He could have done lines off his AR-15 all day long and no one would have given a shit as long as he managed to feed his kids and get them to school and church events without being blasted.

Calling it now, Nick will get drunk on stream tonight because he can drink as part of his unconditional 50k bail (which he probably just did the 10% bond for).
Also calling it: he will see prison time. I originally didn't think he would because his possession charge was in the 5th degree, but even if the baggies' weights are removed and he's knocked down to 4th degree, I think he's accumulated enough ill will go see time. The kids (the usual reason to go easy on him) were neglected and living with well-off family so there's nothing to consider as to why he shouldn't get a bit of time in the clink.
