23 May 2024 1109 local time, unit is requesting help with a female in the sally port at the jail. Radio traffic after this advises that a unit is en route to the jail with an assault and battery subject.
(Records show Kayla's jail intake at 1130 and at 1140 Ibarra Lopez, Wilfrido is checked in with domestic assault charges)

The rest of the radio traffic related to this case seems to have been confined to the encrypted channels for Kandiyohi County so those will have to be released by KCSO.
