I continue to be surprised at how many of these MtF troons could probably be happy as a cross dressing gay man. There are plenty of gay dudes that would be into banging a cross dressing "Sissy".

I’m having a hard time coming to terms with something.
All my family know I’m trans, all of them except my dad take it as a joke. My brother, knowing this, got my deadname tattooed on his chest and then one of my other brothers said to me “How do you feel knowing that your birth name will be tattooed on him forever?” and he was smirking while saying it, obviously finding my pain funny.
That was sometime last year I think, all I remember is that my dysphoria was through the roof and I couldn’t stop crying.
I’m finally on testosterone and I finally have at least 1 person supportive of me but I can’t get over this. My deadname will be tattooed on him forever. He could get it lasered off but obviously he won’t because he’s a transphobic piece of shit.
Honestly I wouldn’t be as mad if he didn’t know I was trans and used a different name but the fact is he was fully aware of it and went through with it anyways. My mother has my initial in a heart which I’m not mad about because she’s had it since I was little.
Also the fact my older brother has my name, birth name or not, on his CHEST?? Idk, it kinda creeps me the fuck out? The fact my name is on someone’s body and I didn’t get a chance to consent or anything (and it feels like I should’ve got that chance??) makes me extremely uncomfortable.
I just need some advice for how to deal with this? How to idk just be okay with it I guess?
Edit: Wow, this post has only been up for 2 hours and I’ve already been given an abundance of support - thank you so so much!! Thinking about it as some random girls name he has tattooed helps a lot with my dysphoria honestly. For the few people asking if I’ve seen this tattoo, yes I saw it when he got it because he told me he needed to “show me something” so he 100% has it and he wasn’t joking to piss me off or something. I know a lot of people are saying that any girl he gets with is going to think it’s weird because if and when I pass, i will look like a brother and it will look like he has no sister and is trying to create a cover story for some random girls name on his chest. My only problem with that is he could just say “it’s my sisters name and she cut me off” and that could be the end of that, no proof that Ive transitioned or that I’m a guy or that he’s a transphobic piece of crap. And last thing I want to mention, while that is my deadname I still feel connected to it because EVERYONE calls me it against my will but I sincerely hope that changes in the future. My plan is to become a buff hot man and then make my family look crazy in public when they refer to me as a girl lol

About her dad... according to his post (Archive) she literally hadn't talked to him in five years, so I think it's much more likely that he's so desperate to reconnect with his daughter that he's accepted her delusion. Also she's been on t for all of four days.

I grew up in the 1990s where I watched Xena beat up literal armies of men and where female characters in video games like Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat were in a fair fight against male characters. In Dungeons and Dragons, it makes no difference to your physical stats if you decide your character is female vs male. Nevertheless, I had no trouble distinguishing fantasy from reality.

Right, it's just another way you can tell these autistic young women have never even dated/hung around young men before deciding they are one. A lot of it is just wishful thinking but a lot of it is also they're so sheltered from basic experiences it's insane. Like you've never been in a situation where a man did the same thing as you but was obviously better at it simply because of the increase in strength? Have they never been in a PE class where they actually do anything other than shuffle around? And then they feed themselves a steady diet of TV shows and movies were petite little darlings can throw everyone around.

Does this person also just not know how much time and energy it takes to care for children? Especially if you don't have modern conveniences to save time on all your chores? I really doubt cave women with no birth control were constantly throwing spears just like one of the dudes.

But, like, it doesn't even matter because I'm not in competition with men just because we both happen to exist and I don't have to arbitrarily perform better than them at digging ditches or some shit. It's so weird that a lot of feminists seem to think this is a stain against humanity when it's just nature and they internalize and turn it into some sort of complex.

It's one of those things that is hard to understand and hard to explain to people who don't know about this stuff. So much of this current crap is based on ideas of understanding the world in a way that suggests no objective reality. People are taught or learn ways of viewing the world that don't correspond with objective reality.

Then people spend so much time just online that they really don't live in a reality where they observe and learn things. Their reality is shaped by learning a view of reality not based on an objective reality and their experiences are shaped by a fake reality of social media, games and media. Even the news just lies constantly in ways that make no sense. Here's the wrong way to understand the world and here's a fake view of the world.

I know academics who teach this crap. They complain that "mostly male" students won't just accept it. "It doesn't make sense." Yet they're told to just shut up and accept it. They have to accept a version of reality that makes no sense to them.

When I have engaged in conversations IRL with people fully down this rabbit hole you see it instantly. They can't discuss it. It's a set of beliefs. They get frustrated by simple logic of it not making sense. They are steadfast in their belief. I once got into a "trans women are women" argument with a colleague. They literally were yelling at me and completely flummoxed by, "but biological cis women who are XX chromosomes are still their own category." They knew that made sense but it put up a roadblock in their brain.

I know a guy who had a female friend ask him to help her move. Then while he's lifting heavy things for her, she gave him a lecture on "isn't it strange that society conditions men like you to be strong and not for women like me."

It boggles my mind people think like this. I sometimes wonder if I am mistaken by going down too many rabbit holes, various podcasts and stuff explaining this shit. Yet I keep seeing examples over and over again where what people say and believe only makes sense if they don't view the world as having an objective reality.
