Okay, I looked it up. Shocking, Minnesota is like every other state. All of it is determined by CPS/DHS. If they determine it is substantiated, you're put on a state-wide database, and any future employers will find out (not sure if it's through a background check or if you need to manually disclose, I think it's the latter, but they will find out).

So how long until we get a stream where he either a) breaks the terms of his release or b) has signs of drug and alcohol withdrawal and looks even more miserable than usual. Report of the arrest noted he had several injuries to his arm that line up with junkies jamming shit in there on the regular, so this weening off is not going to be fun for him.
 
Whoever wrote this is wrong. Ketamine is not a schedule 1 controlled substance (meaning no known medical use) it's schedule 3 and used fairly widely in medicine in both humans and animal,
