"Hey guys, I've been a little busy as you imagine but nothing you've seen or read was true and it's all guchi. Anyway! Back to doing shows! Stay tuned"

Lmaooooo the cope is already starting strong. I suspect we're going to see his life completely unravel in the coming month with him desperately trying to pretend nothing is happening.
My first thought was that he should just start up a stream and pretend nothing whatsoever happened, ignore the literal 99.9% of chats that would reference the arrest, and when he gets up to take a drunken pee break play Shaggy's It Wasn't Me

Send me the rainbows but there is the possibility of a massive redemption arc here. If I were Nick, here is what I would do to try and salvage my future:
  1. Make arrangements for my parents to take my kids for 60-90 days.
  2. Go to a reputable in-patient rehab facility.
  3. The only stream until rehab is complete would be on the way to the facility. Apologize, promise to try your best to get sober and come back to Lawsplaining when sober.
  4. Complete rehab (the hardest part).
  5. Once back home, jump right into an interesting trial that is starting and live stream the whole thing. In the down time tell amusing anecdotes about getting sober.
  6. Stop night streaming and stream instead during the day, or in the evening.
  7. Settle with Montagraph
  8. Profit ... enough to help pay for the incoming legal bills and Montograph's settlement.
He could come out of this. At this point I would say he has a good 30% chance of getting through this with his family in tact, but he has to come to Jesus first.
There's a better chance of Jim living 30 more years than this happening.

Nick can turn everything around.
That loser faggot Aaron can’t. He knowingly brought his kids around this, did the drugs, and went to the sodomy barn.
He is only snaking because his wife left him for an actual man.
He will say anything to make himself look good and I unironically agree with Nick that he should just commit sewer slide.

Fox 9 already got a photo of Rekieta after he was released.

Now, I have a question for you Kiwis. Nick had privileged information on one of Ralph's cases right? Seeing how Nick has shown to be a complete downward spiraling retard and Ralph recently snaked on him with the shirts, how likely is that Rekieta will go "fuh yu' bish!" and start talking smack about Ralph and the privileged info? 🤔

On the other hand, there's nothing that suggests the presence of an immediate danger that couldn't have waited for Nick to drive 3 blocks back home to see the warrant.
Totally agree with your analysis. Good points.

Is it legally relevant if the cops didn't wait a couple of minutes to serve the warrant on an adult? No idea, but that's an interesting question to me as well.

Viva dropped a vid. Nothing new unless you just want to hear it from Viva.

Viva can be a partisan moron very poor judge of character. He even initially tried to defend Jack Murphy just because Barnes had ties with him.

What is happening with Rekieta isn't a matter of kicking someone when they're down. A lot of people had very serious, and apparently, valid concerns about that household and Nick's responses to this point have been disingenuous and dismissive. Nick supporters have let everything slide to this point, and some even beyond that.

Viva brings up Nick's kids being the biggest victims in this. Viva is a father as well, and as such, should know better than to frame Nick as the victim of online abuse. That's been the cope from Gosney and Megan Fox. It's pathetic.

Nick and Kayla earned this.

Don't know if anyone has tried this yet, but here's an AI upscale of whatever document this was. I'm losing track of shit, but I hope it's more legible now.
WHOA is that the document of the "mandatory reporter" who reported the drugs there? because the back of the page clear shows it's some dude named Melin
"oops"

That's actually my bet as to why he broke rule #1 (don't talk to the police) to make sure that April would not get implicated. She has been living with the Rekietas for months now and has no doubt seen a whole lot more illegal activity. The worst case scenario for Rekieta would have been her taking a deal in exchange for testimony, and then opening a whole bunch more cans of worms regarding illegal conduct.

Now the prosecutors have no leverage over April, so she has no incentive to talk to them (and a lot of incentive not to, if she was involved in that illegal conduct in any capacity).
Yes, but don't forget that there's also Aaron of STMS, if he's filed for divorce and there's paperwork saying she up and fuck off to Nick's house, couldn't that backfire??

@AnOminous Does spousal privilege apply to a case like this to have Nick's wife and Nick not forced to testify against each other? I know it applies in certain cases in some states. MN code 595.02
A husband cannot be examined for or against his wife without her consent, nor a wife for or against her husband without his consent, nor can either, during the marriage or afterwards, without the consent of the other, be examined as to any communication made by one to the other during the marriage. This exception does not apply to a civil action or proceeding by one against the other, nor to a criminal action or proceeding for a crime committed by one against the other or against a child of either or against a child under the care of either spouse, nor to a criminal action or proceeding in which one is charged with homicide or an attempt to commit homicide and the date of the marriage of the defendant is subsequent to the date of the offense, nor to an action or proceeding for nonsupport, neglect, dependency, or termination of parental rights.

He's a pastor who did a public service and should be given a medal.

I hope Nick gets raped and murdered in prison.

Very probably, yes.

I'd be surprised if Nick even remembers the privileged info he had between him and Ralph.
