you would just use direct burial cat5e/6.
the bigger problem you are not thinking about is how you power whatever you are putting on the other end. you can run poe, but usually that limits you to one device per run.
but what i assume the wigglers plan is is just run everything off of cellular, and that might work with one phone in testing but they are going to suck the cell network dry if they are trying to stream like 8+feeds, plus the wigglers will just be on there phones the whole time too sucking up even more bandwidth.
only way i can see this being successful is if they hang a few big sector antennas on the edges of the area pretty high up, and have to run poe ethernet runs to them, but at 10 acres you cant run ethernet at those lengths reliably, unless you have power and inet nearby multiple edges of the property.
at work we have had to build a wireless network for concerts and light up multiple gates/entry points over like 30 acres, and that was one hell of a challenge, and it was in a campground with power and buildings all over the place we could use to hang antennas. no way the wigglers get anything up and running without hiring someone.
i just cant wait to see how bad they mess this up, im actually excited to see how bad they can mess it up. i feel like that is most of the comedy at this point, just hope we get to witness something other then static.
