It's fucking shocking to me how many of you want to deny the agency of either Nick or Kayla (or even April) in this. Both of them are grown fucking adults, both of them fully had the ability to say no. Nobody put a gun to anybody's head and forced them to do cocaine or ketamine or get blackout drunk, and even if somebody did do that nobody forced them to stay afterward. It makes more sense to cast typical lead bullets and then electroplate them with silver. The coating should be thin enough to not stop it from making it down the barrel.

If you want to make sure it's not too thick, lightly sand the outer diameter of the lead slug before electroplating (wear a mask)

I'm 400 pages behind, but seeing a lot of people hope their kids are ok. Thinking about it, I'm not so optimistic. We've only seen Rekieta through social media and apparently correctly speculated (hopefully because we've seen what a healthier life looks like) he and his wife were spiralling . Their kids experienced it first hand and grew up with the gradual changes without knowing better (home schooling is a bad thing in this case). I'm not hopeful they hadn't already adapted to that kind of mindset if not lifestyle their parents had beenindulging in. The fact neither grand parents had whisked them away a year ago makes me think the kids hadn't been complaining. There's several opportunities for the kids to open up while Rekieta and his wife were off travelling and grand parents to be concerned enough to step in, but that hadn't happened. I think the damage is already done to the kids through osmosis, they'll grow up damaged for sure. Sad how lawsplaining came to be this.

The question was about whether it's admissible at trial, not whether it's going to help in your plea bargain. Your trip to rehab would be completely inadmissable as evidence in a trial that was seeking to determine whether you did or didn't possess x amount of y drug on z date.

There's nothing else about the rest of your post I disagree with. Hard to get the police to even bother with a possession charge where I live. I've posted in the past about how I had a friend -- police kicked his front door down because of a water leak. There were two wraps of heroin on the kitchen table and he had his electricity meter on the fiddle.

They charged him with illegally abstracting electricity and just ignored the heroin. It wasn't worth their time. What would he get? Fifty pound fine? Conditional discharge? And this was back in 1992. They care a lot less today. But if they've gone to the lengths of prosecuting you and taking that prosecution to trial, they have to abide by the rules of evidence and your time spent in rehab has no bearing on whether you did or didn't possess x.

No way that it's a THC concentrate.
