The CPS situation is definitely in progress, we just aren't going to see any of it because minors are involved. None of those documents or hearings are going to be public. So one thing to keep in mind is that he has likely already lost his kids for at least a year, and potentially longer depending on how things are resolved. Even if he gets them back, they will put him on supervision for a few years to make sure he isn't relapsing.
