Sean is apparently going to be on kinocasino after Aaron tomorrow

Sure if you just wave away the gun charges and any child endangerment stuff. Nick and easily stay out of jail if he just pleads out. But I think most people are now expecting him to fuck it all up.
The weird thing is Nick has two possible futures

1) 48 month stayed sentence in which he can't stream drunk, take drugs etc. His law license is suspended. He uses this as a wake up call, stops drinking and taking drugs, and the law license suspension ends.

2) As above but he claims it's all BS and gradually backslides back into booze and coke streaming and ends up back in court

Now after 1) he goes back to being the upstanding member of society he was at the start of the thread.

With 2) His wife will probably leave him and take the kids and the hos will smell he's cold product. His law license stays suspended or just gets pulled

Now it's pretty obvious which of these in his long term best interests. As you say though, he's much more likely to fuck it up. Not to mention if it looks like he's taking option 1) Dax and Vito will invite him out to party just so they can continue to milk him for content.

In fairness, they’ve all been doing that with just a bit more tact.

Problem is they’ve been doing that for a year at least and no change. So they need to do something a bit stronger.
For some of them like mindset I agree but I doubt Megan or Kurt have been holding his feet to the fire, and even if they have there comes a point where you say "Okay I tried many times but you won't listen. Nice knowing you Nick."

It'd make a fuck ton more sense than the dead DSP board at this point, but I also think they're avoiding single person boards going forward. They splintered off the court case into a dedicated thread in the Lolsuits board and that's going to help things.
Do you have a link, can't find the board for some reason

Reactions: Procrastinhater
The CPS situation is definitely in progress, we just aren't going to see any of it because minors are involved. None of those documents or hearings are going to be public.
Remember what happened with another Nick.

If you'd told me a couple years ago, or even right after he failed to pull up, that there would be a valid comparison between these two, I'd have said you were insane.

But that was before this repulsive display of sodomitical heresy.

Uh. What ? You are talking about two different conversation chains

I already specifically addressed whether evidence of going to rehab is admissible is attaining a conviction. It’s not

You as defendant can bring up such things and it’s particularly useful in sentencing but these are two different things are you are talking about two different conversations lol
I already explained to you. In the posts you are replying to. I’ve even explained your confusion. I’m not going back and requoting your posts to handhold you lol

The worst part of the situation is that usually the most book smart career professionals are the hardest to convince to get into recovery.

Imagine being a lawyer and having some dry drunk wagie tell you how to stay sober in a rehab circle jerk meeting? The ego needs to be shattered and ripped off, humility must be at maximum capacity. Then and only then, can someone get better. A grown 42 year old man realizing he can’t handle a single alcoholic drink, because of what it leads to.
“Where’s my fucking crutch now he murmured “

Sometimes the most bumblefuck retards can stumble their way into sobriety the easiest.

Thats not mean its just fucking waxbrain levels of retard. And the fuck Slamdunk a Nigger Pasta is worse. Its the sort of shit thats just gonna make the Judge go "you know what fuck you" and just stop the stream entirely going forward and then nobody gets content because some dumbfuck had to be "funny".
The court is even more dense because they didn't force mute the retards joining in the zoom call. There was also the stupid beeping sound when someone joined in the call. I find it funny 2 years of lockdowns and doing zoom calls for court cases and the courts still haven't figured how to make proper arrangements through Zoom. The same thing happened with Fatrick in his traffic case when someone in the Zoom call played farting sounds and the judge just sat there stunned.

Incidentally I have a lot of sympathy for Kayla, she's financially dependent on Nick, probably socially dependent on him as well. Nick is a loudmouth and obviously used to getting his own way, that she just went along with it, well maybe that shows a weakness of character but the real sin is his.
This interpretation is undermined when Aaron, the Liar (if he is being truthful) is alluding to witnessing her being physically abusive towards Nick. If that's true, then she's bringing domestic violence into their household that's going to be uniquely traumatic for those children, especially the daughter who Nick has already described as having violent tendencies.

She's teaching their children to be future abusers with her actions. They're both culpable.

There is more concern for the Rekieta children in this thread than in all of the grift-O-verse. I believe they call this a "watershed moment", and I'm sure it's not just KF seeing people like Viva Frei nose guarding and balldowashing for Nick and only Nick. Trying to come off as "Christian" and "forgiving" to grift their dumbfuck tradLARP audience is honestly fucking disgusting and I hate these people.'
Edit because I forgot: .....and they say KF are the bad guys.
You know you fucked up when the Tranny Genocide Nazi Prude Fruit Farm site has more concern for your children then you do.

I'm not even joking. I've seen more genuine concern for those kids from posts here in the past 48 hrs than that faggot Nick has displayed for them in the past year.
That fuck only cares about himself.

Fucking tool he is.

Crazy how these lawtube grifters are only concerned for Nick now that he has been charged but not back when everybody was ringing alarm bells about his alcohol addiction. Keep that grift going guys it further exposes how much slimy pieces of shit you are.
It is yet another situation where the Farms has been saying the truth for well over a year and now these grifting scum, who have been pushing the broom to janny it away, suddenly change their tune when the blood is in the water and there's money to be made. These worms can burn in Hell.

We already got a preview when he was invited to a group at his church about young families. He told them how they could never understand what it was like to be him because he's a big streamer and under so much stress. Some posters mused at the time if this was actually some kind of preplanned intervention by the church.

I wouldn't feel bad for at all. To be honest I think that she is probably the one behind the drugs. Nick always just struck me as a lush, but you can see that his wife over many streams starts looking like a junkie way before Nick does. I have a feeling with the money they rake in she started doing drugs and I honestly believe that she was probably dealing in order to get some extra money for herself in order to keep the habit going.

At the end of the day, she is just as guilty as Nick for creating a disaster of an environment for themselves and their children.

Many, many people have a proclivity toward dependencies or even at some point get a bit powerless or at least self-indulgent. But they either abstain or are able to keep it to healthy indulgence. Others might spend some time going a little too far, but either pull up before any consequences, or push further, testing the boundaries...but then snap to sanity after some hand-slaps or losses, maybe big losses. But they can get their head straight, or at least reduce the damage to non-devastation levels.

But people like Nick - the ones who fetishize their charm and cleverness and perceived superhuman powers and specialness, the ones laughing in glee at what they can get away with, the ones who lie and shade and hide as a matter of course and as a way they have gotten by in life, their literal stock-in-trade - those are the ones who never become a good and healthy person. Never.
This is 100% true and facts. Nick believes he's above it all, thus he tells the world to get fucked and drinks. Normal people in his situation might have a rough spell of it, when they take a bite off the forbidden fruit but that's it.

And people like Nick don't even try. The 8th (iirc) step of AA is the biggest crock of shit. As employed, anyway. Yes, absolutely, facing those you harmed and "making amends" is absolutely critical. Problem #1: for people like this, that step is about themselves, unburdening themselves, crossing off a step. Problem #2 (and this is where AA, sponsors, addicts, everyone who supports the program or others like it FAIL): making amends is not words. It's not an apology and some idea about how a destroyer's real or fake humbling or that they are mindful of the pain they caused or that they're sober now or they feel really, really bad about it all. Making amends means making it right. It means paying money stolen or wasted or owed with 5000% interest; it means going out of your way to make those people's lives better in every way you have power to do; it means being forever on your metaphorical fucking knees toward everyone you severely harmed, and doing that in a way that tangibly and constantly benefits the people you tornadoed through and left in rubble. Even if they've recovered on their own, put shit back together before you came so bravely and dutifully apologizing. Because you can never make up for their time or life wasted by you.
But whoa, slow it down a bit. Not everyone who fucked up massively due to alcohol or any other drug is Nick-tier. Many actually hid their problems, did their best to not let them harm anyone else, and even in the case that they did lead to some shit like poverty, career failure it's not that hard to forgive the person.

Many people in those programs are taught self-love, how to forgive themselves, not having to live on their knees, etc. because, in addition to shit genes, that's what led them to addiction a whole lot of the time. Picture in your mind the typical wigger. They grew up with substance abuse being normal but men showing emotion being deemed a weakness. They probably also got traumatised early in life. At some point it becomes expected that they'll repeat the cycle, and we shouldn't beat them over the head with an anvil in the event that they get clean and stop. Not only because that'll just lead them to relapse, and relapse harder because they think they have no place anywhere but also because morally it just makes no sense when you think about it.

This kind of thinking is dangerous because it leads people to never really forgive addicts, and if they do say fuck it and relapse because of that they can physically harm their brains beyond recoverability. I agree that consequences should exist, but treating the average dopehead like a pariah has never led to any positive result.

In short, some people have a real reason to have become addicted. That isn't Nick. Nick just chooses this life every single day he wakes up, and THAT is what makes him contemptible.
