I trust prosecutorial discretion as far as I can physically throw the prosecutor. But that's where prosecutorial discretion comes into play.

Could be something they explicitly taught to the kids, to distrust any officer. Don't talk to the police, don't tell them anything, don't let them in. What still gets me about that is Kayla not even bothering to shamble her ass to the door and just letting the kid handle it at first. To be fair, not having the family open the door was a degree of preparation. Bad preparation, but not immediately giving access suggests they had some sort of family talk at some point.
I hope they intend to cancel on him last min. I don't want to listen to anything hes has to say. KC could take the opportunity to humiliate him.Fuck, guess I'll have to endure more PayPayPay and Warski to hear Aaron lie and change his story more.
I fucking hate that I have to say this, but I hope to whatever god you want that it's just she would hit the kids in her drugged out stupor.(2) A parent, legal guardian, or caretaker who knowingly permits the continuing physical or sexual abuse of a child is guilty of neglect of a child and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both.
Nope. If it was (a)(1) or (c) then it'd be more aligned with the "neglect." This is specifically physical or sexual abuse that they have reason to believe was occurring and that Kayla Rekieta continually knowingly permitted.
I'm so fucking mad now.
He also told the officer to make sure to AIM AIM AIM!Wtf, lock him up.
Not yet no. But I am praying for it.okay i have read everything from who is to blame etc.
but the real question is
DID WE GOT THE FOOTAGE FROM THE POLICE CAMERAS OF THE ARREST ?????
It's KFs fault
Good take that Kayla probably thought Nick would handle everything. But given a child answered the door and "knew" not to let them in - what kid would do that who hasn't been coached to? - suggests to me that Kayla was "indisposed" or hiding and hoping the cops would go away if there was no adult around, or would at least wait until Nick got there. If she was awake, she surely was frantically calling herI think she probably thought Nick would somehow prevent the cops from coming in. She’s married to law pope after all there’s no way cops with a warrant would be able to just enter their house if Nick told them no.
I seriously think Kayla thought Nick would magically stop it all. I don’t think she understood that all of Nick bullshit magic evaporated with a warrant in hand.
Also, cops and judges know when they are dealing with a lawyer to get all their ducks in a row. They were smart to nab Nick outside and leaving Kayla the shot caller in the house. Nick would have gotten that 25 grams down the toilet in seconds.
The fact Nick didn’t have Kayla prepped for a knock at the door like that just shows his arrogance. Even low level druggies have a “plan” in place in the event there is a cop at the door. The amount of coke, and other drugs, should have meant all adults knew the drill if a cop showed up at the door. Nick was to strung out and arrogant for the most basic precautions.
Her charge isn't for committing physical/sexual abuse. It's for knowingly permitting the continuing physical or sexual abuse of a child.Aaron did say Kayla threw stuff at Nick.
What if she would hit the kids too?
What if it was Drexal…?
How will Kayla defenders cope with this? It's so over for them.(2) A parent, legal guardian, or caretaker who knowingly permits the continuing physical or sexual abuse of a child is guilty of neglect of a child and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both.

The request was made. The response from the agency suggests that the footage isn't currently able to be made public. Due to children being on scene, they probably are redacting and censoring the footage for the public in a way that protects the kids. May be a week before it can be released.okay i have read everything from who is to blame etc.

It's actually pretty customary to waive the reading of the charges and might even annoy the judge to insist on it, especially if you obviously already have them on paper and have read them and understood them. It's mainly for the benefit of tards.Everyone thought he didn't want them read at arraignment to deny us the satisfaction, this certainly adds new and disturbing wrinkle.
I'd also bet on "indisposed", considering how she looks like death warmed over in her mugshot. 50/50 she was still in bed when the cops busted down the door.Good take that Kayla probably thought Nick would handle everything. But given a child answered the door and "knew" not to let them in - what kid would do that who hasn't been coached to? - suggests to me that Kayla was "indisposed" or hiding and hoping the cops would go away if there was no adult around, or would at least wait until Nick got there. If she was awake, she surely was frantically calling herpopehusband.
From my very minimal experience as an observer, it kinda sucks for kids from wealthy backgrounds that are neglected and/or abused. Because not many people believe them unless it gets really bad.i rly dont believe that their kids were being abused tbh
So fuck off and go somewhere else if you hate it here so much you goddamn idiot. This is always the issue with kiwi farms lol

The judge had an entire zoom call full of tards and he knew it. He should have thought of us.It's actually pretty customary to waive the reading of the charges and might even annoy the judge to insist on it, especially if you obviously already have them on paper and have read them and understood them. I'm not surprised by Kurt's behavior here. I watched the MATI segment showing where Nick tried to ambush/manipulate him into saying racist things on stream. Even after that behavior, he continued to associate and stream with Nick.Kurt's only concerned for Nick, and offended that Nick lied to him about the drug use. He's not concerned about the real victims in all this. For fuck's sake, Kurt sounds more hurt that Nick didn't let him in on his party crowd than anything else. "It makes me cry a little bit." I wish this guy were in a court room so I could personally tell him to kill himself on the official court record.
I can't tell if he's a social climbing piece of shit, a grifting scumbag, so autistic that he is a danger to himself and others, or a combination of the three.
Since people have been discussing the children, it seems relevant to note that the charges regarding the kids are different between Nick and Kayla. The other two charges/penalties for drugs and firearms are identical.
Nick's charges/penalties:

Just something to keep in mind going forward.
