Gotta say I’m a little surprised at how across the board supportive the law streamers and orbiters like Megan Fox have been. Sharing drugs for personal consumption would not fall under this specific item, it's targeting dealers so there is probable cause for arrest even if there's no money visibly changing hands. It also allows for this heavier-duty charge instead of simple possession.
