It was a technicality to avoid an argument later that he consented to their search. If there's a problem with the warrant to search the home, then his willful opening of the door could be argued to represent consent to their search, which would vitiate Rekieta's claim that the warrant was defective and thus the search should be suppressed.

Of course, this has to be weighed against the trauma to his kids inside and his knowledge that the jig is up. From that standpoint, what he did was wrong. But from a purely legal standpoint, it was probably appropriate. Sean isn't wrong, legally.

I think it's more likely it relates to that comment Nick made about him having to spend a night watching over one of his kids. If one of his younger kids ate a weed gummy unknowingly—and it seems Kayla had such gummies in her prescription pill bottle when she was arrested—then that might constitute physical abuse. And remember Aaron blowing up in that clip about not having drugs around children? The context was them watching a news report about a teacher bringing weed gummies to an elementary school. Makes you wonder...

If he had been molesting his own kids and the police knew, the charges would reflect that severity. I think it's more likely to be that one of the kids took a drug of theirs. Or maybe the eldest got into a fight with him, giving him that black eye? Either way, he would be charged with a sex crime if it was something as serious as molestation.
It'll be easy to prove if Nicks done anything to the kids through DNA testing as it won't have any matching genetic markers to the kids.

Many people forget that understanding, forgiveness and charity is the basis of Christianity.
That is true. But people need suffering to force change and to repent. Sin is easy and it’s very unnatural for someone floating on top of the water down river to turn and walk up against the current. So in the good word of Joshua Graham “We can’t expect god to do all the work.”

This would perhaps be the funniest and least bad scenario, imagine his eldest kicking his ass for being a shitty druggie and getting a child abuse charge as a bonus.
If I were the eldest and saw Nick's degeneration over time, and then saw the appealstream, I might confront Nick about it. Maybe even try to do something drastic like threaten to tell someone or flush the drugs. That could easily lead to a fight. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I wonder if the pastor confronting Nick about this is the reason for much of his blasphemous rants. I can see Nick taking that as a narc injury and doing what he can to hide this from the church.
Eventually little Rekeita kid slips up in Sunday school or something that they're hungry and mom, dad and their new friends don't feed them.
From what little me know it sounds like the older son may have spoken to the pastor. Which would have forced his hand. And things gets really really scary when you look at that one charge on Kayla.

We honestly don't know. But anybody would be a fool for trusting anything Nick or his crackwhores say at this point.

Forgiveness and Charity are. Understanding is not. Forgiveness and Charity also don't mean what you think they mean.

For one thing, an unreprentent sinner does not get forgiveness, and mercy is not extended to someone who is actively in the process of damning themselves and others. Both these things are after contrition and absolution, and can very much be contingent on certain things. Including punishment by the civil authorities. Charity could be sending the man care packages and a bible while he sits in a cell, and forgiveness can come after he gets out and actually tries to turn his life around.

As for understanding, there is no understanding of Sin except as it is we all must deal with our sinful natures. Such understanding however does not extend to willfully hedonism and excess, especially after the sinner is told to correct their ways.

>There is unironically a non zero percent chance that one of Nicks kids has taken mandy on accident

I WAS JOKING WTF!?!!

There might be a legal basis for it, but I can't agree with the propriety of going this route when you weigh it against putting the kids through shit. I'm sorry.

I think that's one problem with Lawtube discussing this. They're gonna look at this as defense lawyers would. "How can Nick totally beat this?" Even if beating it would mean that he doesn't stop destroying himself, his family, and others.

Again though, I don't mean any disrespect to Sean. I think he's navigated this a lot better than somebody like Joe or Kurt. It's just that that part of his stream kinda grinded my gears a bit. Nick likes being an extremely obstinate asshole, and THAT is what is destroying him. I wish people would take him to task more for being one.

How likely is it that when Jim streams today that Balldo will come on and try to cope about the situation?
I feel like any Nick apprarances could only be very briefly entertaining, as he will likely have the sense to avoid saying anything that could be remotely incriminating, thus hamstringing the entire conversation.

mercilessly stomp on people from Montagraph
How funny is it that considering the charges, Null (or whoever) could go on stream and flat out say "Nick abuses his children," and probably have a pretty solid defamation defense.

The cop that pulled him over might not have had a copy of the warrant. It might have been at the house.

Also that explains why Nick would throw the warrant on the ground after seeing it for the first time, at his house, with the door busted in.

It also explains the refusal of the door code. (He hadn't yet seen the warrant when refusing to give the code at the traffic stop)
I would have to assume he was told they had a warrant, but that the officer with him didnt have a copy. I guess his wife was too dumb, panicked, or strung out to read a simple warrant at the house.

Josh isn’t autistic, he’s just a little overweight. He will make his RETVRN to the US and expand further as every day will be pizza day
Late in replying, but was trying to make a joke paraphrasing what Rekieta said drunkenly in one of his streams. But I refuse to find the specific moment again to clip it, there is just too much madness to hear. But I can find a moment where Josh reacts to it 😉

That kurt guys a real autismo, but all these friend niggers are so disingenuous, its not like this drug drink problem has just appeared this week? they've been watching him decay like the rest of us and they just sat there saying "hes an adult he makes his own choices", and yea sure that's right, but you don't then get a cry like a faggot about how mean everyone is for laughing at where it led...

Forgiveness comes after repentance, and frankly, I have nothing to forgive Nick for because he's never done anything to me personally. Forgiveness is for the people he harmed, and for his creator.
I’m sorry, but he revealed the existence of the Balldo and subjected hundreds if not thousands of people to it.

I’m eagerly awaiting his apology and my cut of the Mustang sale.

April's alleged DM posted by Ralph seems to me to insinuate that she had been given drugs, presumably by Nick and Kayla.
I kinda hate this bitch, she chose to jump ship into a drug den made up of a mentally-checked out wife and narcissistic husband both over 40 years old AND FIVE WHOLE CHILDREN

Plus people in the Steel Toe hate threads (through their Reddit steeltoeboringshow and Redbar) have been calling her a junkie before the rekeita stuff soooo

Makes you wonder how all his local fans and other lawtubers would spin it rather than just admit they should have stopped supporting him a while back.
Some people supporting Nick, like ralph the sex offender, dick and vito, just makes it more likely than not.
Some people are fundamentally incapable of admitting the have made a mistake. Their egos cannot take the knock. They're the type of fool who'll make the same mistake over and over again because they're incapable of self reflection due to pride.

The others are opportunistic grifters who believe that by "sticking with Nick" they gain some advantage, either being signal boosted by Nick and building their online career, or to use Nick as an excuse to go after us or other people they don't like.

All in all really sad and pathetic to think these are the only type of people in your corner. A good indication that Nick is well and truly fucked.
