I am not sure. I think it was a very big mistake from the very beginning, and it hurt him a lot down the line.

Keeping up with some weirdos or tame content creators would have been great for him. He would not have felt as challenged, uncomfortable or afraid to make a faux-pas/ be played.

Imo, he thought he could go for a kill shot and realized how much he missed the mark. Hence why he would not release it.

There was no benefit for him to go after Sam at all. It was actually pretty risky, because he is kind of niche nowadays, and they probably shared an audience. He most likely made that choice purely for emotional reasons, because he really had little to gain there from my standpoint.

I don't know how to take a screenshot that would cover this many videos, but looking back in his catalog it's pretty clear that this video on Sam fucking killed him for good.

He did not just never top this 6.2M views (which was good but not insane just 12 months before that), he just kept on losing from that point on. Never even broke 4M with all the drama he put himself into. People just stopped caring.

I was watching some SunnyV2 vid about a dancer who tried to break the mold of the little girl Miley Cyrus style and failed. I think that was maybe meant to be his coming of age.

He was doing so well. Every single one of his videos was a hit. But what if he turned against someone a part of his audience he resents actually liked, to kind of break the mold and finally be his true self? Among these millions of viewers, surely a significant part would just blindly follow their YouTube idol and grow with them.

This is an epic fail. It's also funny when you think about how much knowledge he really has that is relevant to the actual modern YT landscape.

This is a fallacy many people fall into when they get early into something and they have an ego, but little actual knowledge or desire to learn. As long they are successful, they will just get confortable in the idea that they are the best, then it's a spiral to the bottom as soon as it matures.

I would have to imagine they're not cooking properly and eating a lot of undercooked/raw stuff as a result, because barring some localized contamination or some medical issue they really shouldn't be suffering it that often. I've personally had food poisoning I think once ever.

Undercooked meat doesnt give you food poisoning unless it was off to begin with.
