5. Reckless disregard for the safety of self or others.
6. Consistent irresponsibility, failure to sustain consistent work behavior, or honor monetary obligations.
7. Lack of remorse, indifference to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another person.

Oh wait, it's all of them, he does all of that.

As much as I think he's a reprehensible cunt, you cannot diagnose Nick with ASPD from your internet armchair. He has traits in line with a number of Cluster B disorders, but these things also overlap with many other issues - notably this includes run of the mill substance abuse disorder.

Nick bad, but I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of him being a clinical psychopath just yet.
