No one. Sterilization isnt done on male deer, only on females. Fun fact, the recommendation of experts is .223 at a high rate through a suppressor. Taking out breeding age females and their young is most effective way to reduce nuisance animal populations.
Because of the importance of gender in reducing herd numbers, unfortunately would not be effective against furries.

The furfag that shooting pest and invasive species to preserve local biodiversity and prevent spread of diseases and parasites wild boar for example which is free game for that reason around here.
They cross over from Russia like wolves and bears they're free game as well. Refugees are greeted with bullets.
If another forest fire happens in Russia we have to deal with a lot of refugees in same manner.

The "Bambi effect". Animation has changed the publics perception of wildlife for better and worse. Practically eliminated wildfire from the landscape. In North American, deer populations have exploded in suburban areas, damaging the landscape causing millions in vehicle damage, including deaths by vehicle-deer collisions. Yet, the well meaning but uneducated doesnt want killing of their "cute" animals. Everybody one from furfags to facebook moms. Fences are too expensive and fail often. Sterilization is expensive and must be done by trained people. The bullet is the way, fren.

Nature doesnt work like this. It wants to eat your face and shit you out in the forest.
I find wildlife ravaging ignorant tourist to be extremely satisfying.

I imagine deer is free game in north America for that reason, I can imagine PETA-like faggots ignore basic biology and biodiversity. Castrating deers do not stop same deers venturing into human settlements and roads. The furfag didn't notice that flaw in his "humane" reasoning
