Wasn't part of Kurt's explanation that he's been IN their house? The one where the "mostly hypothetical kids" live their lives? It's hard to cut him this slack when he's probably met at least some of these children himself.
He said it was two years ago that he was there
"Two years ago Nick didn't step in poop so I don't believe he would be a poop stepper now"

It's fucking retarded to be supportive of Nick now, because Nick is not trying to support himself. Sitting on insta telling people they know nothing - well then come and explain how did 25 grams of coke magically appeared in your bedroom. Come and explain your child neglect charges, what could've possibly happened for the prosecutor to charge you over that? Come and confirm or deny that Kayla was beating you up. Your career is over anyway cause too much shit came out, so fuck it, if you're really that innocent, tell all you know.

Remember, he still has further to fall.

Lawtube will be covering his trial, if he doesn't plead out. Maybe even Law and Crime! This will possibly include his older children testifying against him.

Are trials recorded in his state?

in commiefornia it would fall undder a charge called Delinquency of a Minor a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in the county jail and a fine of $2500. idk if Minnesota has something similar
That is almost word for word the punishment they're both facing for the kids. 364 days and up to 3000 IIRC.

Kayla's charge seems to be specific to 1(a) with reference to (2):
I'm fairly certain you're confusing 609.378.1(a) with 609.378.1(a)(1) judging by you adding emphasis to the text under 609.378.1(a)(1). It is not 609.378.1(a)(1) unless you're looking at brand new documentation that hasn't been posted in the thread yet.

If any of you end up going to the pen, don't join any D&D groups, for some reason tabletop = Chomo in prison.
FFS really? Not that I plan on going to prison any time soon but that seems like a good way to pass the time based on some article I read about someone starting a D&D group while locked up.

I used to feel sorry for Kayla. I saw her as an emotionally fragile woman who is being taken for a ride by a husband who's going through a midlife crisis. I've completely changed my mind, yes she's still a crazy bitch but she's 100% on board with Nick and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that she set the ball rolling.
Met and know people that were like what limited amount we saw of her. Being able to steamroll over someone and being a driving force while not seemingly looking like one is very likely.

The idea would make for one hell of a story if it went the positive direction instead. Imagine a whole lock up of various gangs all playing D&D with near zero violence going on.

Yeah for pest animals on my property, if for some reason I can't or it's not feasible to relocate them, I use an air rifle. There are very nice air rifles specifically made for varmint hunting that cost only a few hundred dollars. I've also had success with slingshots. Not like kid ones, I mean actual hunting slingshots. If you hit a raccoon square in the melon with a ball bearing from one, it'll crush the skull, leading to an instant, painless death.
I usually dispatch pests with my 9mm glock

Nigga are you really telling me mfers in prison try to kill you for being part of the tabletop roleplaying gang? I'm gonna need a fuckin source on this, this is crazy shit. All I could find myself was an article about Death Row inmates playing it with the Mexican Mob.
Yeah years ago I read an article about some dude who was in for like 5-6 years who started a D&D group. Sounded like between D&D and working out it was a good way to pass the time.

Edit: I'd stay away from shit like Risk though in the pen, anything competitive for that matter, in order to avoid getting shanked.

Well, inadvertent abortions. Lost pregnancies.
Miscarriages, then. Still has a similar mental impact but “abortion” implies a willful choice to terminate the pregnancy, where miscarriage could happen due to health complications. Not trying to be pedantic, just was curious if she actually opened up on one of his messy streams about abortions (v. suffering miscarriage)
