It’s likely irritable bowel syndrome because of how utterly hopeless their lives are. Ian is shitting constantly because of the stresses of dealing with less and less income while his attention whore wife comes up with even dumber schemes that’ll burn up even more of what remains of his wealth. Anusa has IBS because her plan to be an Instagram influencer and celebrity evades her every single day.

I wonder how much coffee they drink. Specifically, how many espresso shot, cream and sugar loaded coffees. Anisa was complaining about how expensive it is to buy scones everyday, no way is she getting a scone without also getting a coffee.
All I'm saying is if you drink a lot of coffee loaded with cream and sugar for breakfast, then try to eat something like a poke bowl, it might not sit right. Seems like they only get "food poisoning" when they eat something relatively healthy. Hot pot, salsa, poke bowl. None of that sounds good right after some $9 coffee desert drinks. Idk if idubbbz drinks coffee but energy drinks are just as bad (maybe worse) in causing bubble guts.
They should take a look at their diet and try to make changes so they can shit themselves less often. Maybe stop ordering out for every meal to reduce unknown ingredients and minimize how many people handle their food.
I know they won't do this and we will have more tweets or Very Interesting stories on their podcast about how often they get the shits.

I like the theory that Magi-Chan is a demonic egregore that was born of all the negative, Internet-derived attention directed towards Chris Chan throughout the years. As it has grown in strength, it has become Legion - capable of influencing multiple people at the same time via (1) Sonichu medallions or (2) proximity to its current main host. Uncannily like a network.
The degree of influence naturally varies. Rekieta is the current main host, as he was dumb enough to read out an incantation, don a medallion, and invite the demon into his sin-stained body. The demon was also already aware of Rekieta due to his Internet relationship/dealings with Ralph - the previous main host. This made full possession much easier and has resulted in Rekieta crashing & burning at a shocking pace.
Compare this to Idubbbz. He put on a medallion 8+ years ago, when the demon was much weaker. He also didn't read out an incantation or anything, and while Idubbbz knew about Chris Chan (the main host at the time), there was no real relationship between them.
Nevertheless, Idubbbz (as a popular & edgy Youtuber) was an attractive target to the demon, and so it did what it could to exert its influence on him. This has been a slow & indirect process, but it has added up over time, and we can all see what Idubbbz has become today.

My theory is that the demon was only present within Ian until 2017-ish when he stopped making edgy content and began fiercely whore guarding for Anisa. He put on the medallion in November 2015 and at some unspecified point 2 years later the demon left him entirely buck broken. Everything that has happened to Ian since has been his own and Anisa's doing. I'm convinced there's no external force besides Anisa keeping him the way he is. He's just that cucked.
