1: Should people even be streaming legal cases because that biases a jury?
Yes. 10,000,000,000% yes. There will always be online oddities so exceptional people will track cases and even crash in on them and be retarded (like that guy who called in telling Nick to kill himself during his arraignment). There's nothing wrong with transparency, accountability and commentary for ongoing legal cases. Finally, the MSM has done this since the dawn of courts. The MSM is heavily biased and skewed toward one direction. Does that not influence juries?
