Andrew to Kiwi Farms: "Go make a thread that defeats the fourth amendment arguments!"

Nigga, we're a gossip forum. We get it, you're a super duper smart boy because you have a legal degree. We're not the obelisk through which you will process your intellectual insecurity complex.

No one is impressed that a lawyer can argue law better than non-lawyers.

The report by the pastor was made on the 16th and the warrant was executed on the 23rd. This argument is retarded.
Which implies the court took the report seriously, whatever it was, looked into it further, took their time to find out more information, got their probable cause, wrote up a search warrant, got that warrant signed off and executed it, instead of jumping to conclusions and raiding on day 1.

It's really weird to posture as being better than and above "red meat and potatoes drama channels" only to incessantly namedrop them and take shots at them for not giving legal analysis instead of drama analysis.
This dude can't search for a under minute clip but tries to take the moral high ground over drama channels because they didn't give legal arguments. :story:

I do have a question if anyone knows the answer, would the involvement of CPS by itself lend credibility to the warrant enough to constitute probable cause? Do they have that type of heavyhanded power? What I'm essentially asking is if there is a lower standard when CPS is involved.
CPS do indeed have...I wouldn't call it power, more like significant sway. Where the life or welfare of children is involved courts will typically allow a lesser bar for the welfare sake of potential child victims.

No judge, when faced with fairly reasonable evidence of probable neglect or abuse would want to be caught having not granted the warrant and then be held to account. Having said that, CPS are busy people, and you really don't find them influencing warrants that aren't warranted.

Ammo on floor is not child endangerment.
I almost died as a kid as me and my brother got bright fucking idea to hit one with a rock in our garage.

*Dad did not leave them on floor, top shelf, hidden behind some stuff. Had he realized how fucking retarded his sons are, might have kept them behind lock and key.

They are correct about how just statements from a pastor should just be a wellness check, but they also know but are not saying that reports regarding the children may not show up in any documents right now. And those are the types of issues that could trigger the action by police last week. Investigations into the children could be what happened in between the week the pastor gave his statement and when police entered Nick's crack den.

If, say, one of the kids had confided in the pastor that there were drugs in the house, would that be enough for a search warrant?

You’d kind of hope it would be.

“If the search warrant gets tossed, then all the problems go away!” is some of the most retarded shit. No shit, lawyer geniuses, but how are you dumb niggers gonna make that happen? It’s like telling a 5’5” guy with a good hook shot that he could be an NBA mvp if he was 7’ tall. No fucking shit, you braindead mongoloids. You might as well say that Rackets could set everything right by flying a Pegasus to the motherfuckikg moon and opening a time portal.

In the first ever stream (to my knowledge) he did where he covers the Maddox VS Dick lolsuit, he fucking pulls out a bottle of whiskey less than 30 seconds in. There were signs there right from the very beginning.

That’s a $125 dollar bottle. Even with stagflation, paying over $80 for Whisky is retarded.

This doesn't need to be said but Aaron is a biased source. I do believe most of what he said though, they were far too specific to make up and he didn't display the typical liar's mentality of divulging too much fine detail to make stories more believable. Everything he's said has been generally observed. Whether it's Balldo's Instagram or our prior autistic effortposts (like those of @Balldo's Gate) before this thread blew up.
Every time something was brought up by Aaron where I thought "this relates to things that were posted on the thread", what Aaron said was corroborated, and not refuted, by the thread.

This includes random things too small to make up, like the fact that the song Nick and April liked was by MGK. I doubt Aaron was going over a year and over 1900 pages back to read that Nick went to an MGK appearance at a Miami nightclub when he went to Florida to sign his Rumble contract, but I remembered that.
Looks like they went to E11ven on the night of December 4th, 2022, where MGK eventually arrived to perform. This was on the trip to Miami to sign the Rumble contract. Here's a video from the event:

Kayla posted this photo of them preparing to go to the club.

To the extent that Aaron is lying, I expect it's about the things that make him look bad that have no relevance to the broader story, like his claim that it was him and not April who wanted to bring up the idea of sexual things with the Rekietas.

Or that it was him who decided to put his foot down and leave the situation when before the arrests happened he admitted that April used a trip to Rekieta's where Aaron's kids were opening Easter baskets from her parents as an opportunity to sneak back to their house and take all her stuff to move into Rekieta's full time.

I don't really think Aaron can really get credit for deciding to stop going to the Rekieta household when his wife had already decided to quit their show and leave him to move in as Nick's live-in coke whore. That seems like an awkward situation.

tl;dr Kiwi Farms was right on LITERALLY everything. Cope and Sneed Balldo and Co.
Not only was Kiwi Farms right about everything, it was worse than anyone thought. Tourists would come into the thread and say "Are you sure about this theory? It seems crazy to say that his "emergency drive" is to Minneapolis for drugs and/or sex just based on who he's following on Instagram." and then it turned out to not only be real, but only the tip of the iceberg.

A lot of what Aaron said makes a lot of the Ralph stuff look tame. It's what Ralph would have done if he had no financial constraints but five anchors in the form of the darn kids. Rekieta really is Ethan Ralph with a trust fund.

Balldo took a St. Andrew's Cross to a hotel. Open an incognito tab and look up the device, I had to.
This used to be mentioned decently often on Nick's show and in the thread.
