This isn't strictly true, it's just that at a certain point being a decent human being can be a liability to advancing your personal career in the very short term in a corporate environment.
This is a pretty good post. Sometimes executives get a twinge of conscientiousness but those are usually the ones who suddenly tender their resignation shortly after. There’s also very much an attitude that if you aren’t moving up, you’re going to get moved out so those executives and senior managers are incentivized to come up with some big moves to advance. Bright ideas like replacing staff with AI or pajeets or promising to make insane numbers that will never pan out but it gets them promoted and the next guy will just have to deal with the fallout. Pretty rare for someone who wants to let good people do good work and if they do, they’re usually the ones getting squeezed out by the guy who thinks AI will save the company.
 
Hello, people, I've gotten news of something interesting in the corporate sphere: a new quora style app where people log in with their corporate emails to talk shut about DEI and Indians. Observe.

Clearly, they're not mincing words with each other. Also, and this is unconfirmed so far but apparently you can use an Apple ID to sign up for it. I'm going to check for myself and try to see more of what /gpol/ likes to spout.

Blind has been popular in the tech industry sphere for years. It's completely anonymous, however you have to register with your work email, so it's a good place to ask for real workplace reviews and to get insider trader tier tips behind the scene at the bigger companies.
Shit talk about indians isn't very frequent since a majority of people on the app are Indian on h1b. It's like a mixture of 4chan and Indian Facebook. If average Americans knew what was going on in blind, h1b would be a hot issue in the coming election. It's a meme that you have to post your total comp with every thread. A lot of the threads are indians making 500k saying they hate America and wanting to move back to Indian.
It's kinda cliche, but the app uses to be better/funnier in the past. I stopped browsing as much because I realized that a lot of the pathetic threads on indians having trouble dating and wagies stuck in the ratrace were completely serious. It's still very useful for researching companies and getting referrals.

There's been a lot of discussion on the potential on how devastating it would be if any data was leaked, but so far it's been clean. A few of the bigger companies have blind blocked.

A recruiter caught on to what white fonting is. Apparently he got roasted in the comments, even calling him out on saying trying to cheat the system is bad but have no problem using chatgpt to root out the white font using candidates, but I didn't check.

It's not enough that companies waste money they could spend on salaries and necessities hiring redundant retards whose job is to filter applicants for jobs they have less than zero understanding of, who spend their work day playing whack-a-mole with their P-spot using their thumb and maybe messaging a couple random people with an identical copypasted template along the lines of "good day sir, I see you have 10 years experience as embedded developer, would you like to work as junior nodejs fullstack nosql devops reliability data cloud engineer at <random shitfuck codemonkey middleman corporate agency no one's ever heard of> sir?"

It's not enough that these niggers already present a layer of abstraction from the people who are doing the actual job and have the qualification to tell if you'll be useful to the team or not, and they pretty much only use this layer of abstraction to select applicants based on shit they do understand, such as the color of your skin or whether you have a cock or pussy, and a very limited selection of other similar diversity criteria.

Now the jobs of these "people" will be reduced to simply outsourcing this shit to a GPT model, ostensibly not even their own, which instantly doxes you to google, microsoft or whatever other provider they might use, and renders your application vulnerable to the AI service's own preprogrammed bias. We're this <-> close to the classic dystopian scifi scenario where an AI decides what job you can do. But it's not the cool and awesome (in the literal sense) version of that scenario where the AI is the product of some mastermind imposing an AI governor on humanity with a greater goal in sight. It's literally just because shitskin recruiters are too lazy to do their job. :story:

I keep saying there is a non-zero chance that the AI overlord would be an upgrade over the current ruling class because at least the AI overlord would be competent.
