Montegraph is in the Metokur Stream Chat

If I see him say anything interesting about the case while watching the Metokur stream I'll post it here

Suffice to say Montegraph is paying attention to all of this and is going to try and exploit it.

He would have done a much better job himself compared with Randazza. He's just that smart and skilled.
Unironically, the legal strategy he floated in his livestream before he hired Randazza would have had a better chance to succeed. Then again, he would have had to remain sober enough to write out something coherent.

Nick does seem to bring out the 'best' in grandstanding faggot megalawyers. Which is why I'm hoping for Barnes in the criminal matter.

But ChatGPT makes for more entertaining reading when it unexpectedly cites constitutional ammendments that don't exist.
That's called reading the charges by the prosecution. Anyone remember when Rittenhouse prosecution tried to convince the Jury that the 5th Amendment really didn't exist?

Well let's face it, the only reason to plead the 5th is because you are guilty. And that's good enough for me, and should be good enough for any jury.

And thus why I say that Nick would be better. That's not saying much of course, but Nickboy needs all the victories he can get
Worth pointing out from the other thread that this case is the origin of all of Nick's other legal troubles. If he had never lost the appeal he would have never made that stream and never have so obviously taken cocaine. That stream is a large part of the basis for the search warrant.

This case is his Bleeding Ulcer and will likely to continue to cause him more problems until it is resolved.

I don't know Monty's motivations. But I'd make a damn offer. Costs and a public retraction and apology. On stream, within 7 days.

If you really want to twist the knife that's how you do it at this moment in time.

>accuse someone of molesting little boys
>within 2 years your life completely falls apart

There's justice in the world sometimes. Though not for Nick's kids.

Considering Kayla's current charges, Monty's developing a new legal strategy based on Takes One v. Know One.
There is something that I haven't considered in all of this.

Monty has the possibility of turning this into a show to try and make himself more popular. I have mostly operated under the assumption he has mostly been sincere in this lawsuit and he doesn't like being called a pedophile and legitimately considers it to be defamatory and harmful to his reputation.

If he takes this case fully seriously though I will gain respect for him and not think of him as a Lolcow.
