Alright, so every single gun law in existence in the United States is unconstitutional and there shouldn't be criminal charges that relates to them. OK. The 2nd Amendment gives no specification as to who can and cannot own firearms. OK. I was taught to treat every gun as if it's loaded because they aren't toys.
