I could respect the stance of looking at this case through cold legalese and keep all morals out of it but what really annoys me is that most of lawtube is not doing this despite claiming so. They make an assumption that favors either Nick or the Lolbertarian perspective and then autistically cling to it and don't consider any other perspectives. Ironically, Kurt despite being a simping worm was one of the few people capable of giving a neutral analysis and was able to both argue for and against Nicks chances and position.

Barnes and Legal Mindset are just deep lolbertarians who just make the assumption that whenever the courts are involved your constitutional rights are violated and you should be able to do whatever you want to whomever you want inside your home. Usually I can't stand Kurt or Nate but they were the only ones willing to push back and point out that attacking the warrant right now is stupid as we don't know what's in the PC affidavit and based on Nate's experience it's extremely likely they presented testimonies to the judge besides the pastor to obtain the warrant.

I'm also not sure if Barnes is really so fucking schizo that he truly believes this is a political hitjob against Nick or if he's just saying this sensationalist shit for views. Honestly, I never imagined I'd get the laughs out of Nick that I got the past week. So long as his kids are okay I personally care very little on whether or not he recovers from this or not. If he doesn't then more laughs for me, if he does then that's good for his children. I just wish Lawtube stopped pretending they're these neutral arbiters of truth when they're all just as biased as we are.

Yeah. As I’ve said before. It’s a small community. The Rekieta’s were likely THE major piece of small town gossip for a while.

Everyone knew some details, including likely law enforcement.

When the pastor made his report it was the final straw, they got their ducks in roe and talked with other people.

FFS: Aaron described Nick and Kayla going at it in his garden at night. That was very likely not the first time they had a public coke fueled fight.

Half his stream could tell what was up, yet some of these lawtube faggots want to pretend that he was some local pillar of the community and “how dare they search his house UNCONSTITUTIONALLY without any reason.”

I want admiralty law sperging, I want "my home is a traveling private vessel not for hire," I want some accepted for value thrown in there, and some Articles of Confederation as seasoning. I pray Nick doesn't set the coke down and keeps this confidence up at least through the end of the case.
