It’s really fucking hard not to be. I hate kids, but I hate parents who neglect and mistreat them even more. And Nick has definitely earned a personal spot on my shit list for all the damage he’s done, and everyone on lawtube who feels that Nick’s rights have been violated can go fuck themselves.

It is unlikely the Judge herself reviewed the Pillstream... yet. She likely took the Officers word on its contents. But the stream is now evidence. So either she or whoever tries the case will see it. This can be very bad for Nick. He would almost want her to hear the case. As that will give him a reason to complain, and she would have to maintain the strict appearance of impartiality. But is any of the other Judges, the all male judges, in town see that stream, They will order Nick's Baldo be cut off with a hacksaw. They don't have to play nice. And a claim of 'I can't get a fair trial from any of these Judges because in my drugged and drunken stupor I said something really really unconscionably obscene about one of them in a public broadcast" is unlikely to get much traction.

So if the stream was part of justification for the search warrant, are we going to have it played in the court as evidence? Even if she knows about it already, seeing Fischer watch pussy liquor rant in the courtroom would be peak Kino.

Yeah, if this isn't probable cause, then the cops would never be allowed to get a search warrant except in the most extreme of extreme cases. I get playing the "lawyer" as an online brand thing, but at some point you're just a piece of shit.

He had cocaine on his nose while livestreaming from his own home. What more could be needed?

You don't let your kids go hungry. YOU skip a meal if money is tight. You forego some earthly pleasures so they can eat. If you can't buy food, you are broke, grab your rifle (which Nick had) and shoot a deer. Point is, there is always a way to make sure your kids are fed.

It was from the AR15, they are technically ".22 caliber" just not 22LR like people think of.
