Really regretting watching some of Cryptic Web Chronicle’s stuff on Fatrick, based on Jim’s recommendation. There’s some pretty cringy elements to the presentation, and it feels drawn out.

I should’ve just saved the topic for myself and wait for Jim’s stream. It’d be shorter and probably punchier.

The content on there seems like a lot of Patosphere content - amped up to amuse the faithful. I'd prefer a bit more of an actual documentary approach, whereas the channel goes for 'news item/lore chunk couched in the usual Pat memes'.

Jim is getting older, he's in his 40s. It's natural when you get to that age to be a little judgmental. It's also clear to an extent much like Ralph, Jim did like his content at one point. So there's an element of "I wish this content creator I used to like was less of a fuckup".

I agree and let's be honest everyone experiences that to some extent.
It's obvious Jim felt at one point Ralph had something the same applies to nick these are quite apparent to any observer.

I also think jim would gladly take the mantle of "moral fag" when it comes to kids which is what happened in this situation especially now with what we see on the search warrant. I think that Jim's disappointment was less about the material success (though its part of it) and was more centered on the loving family and "american dream" life he trashed FOR NOTHING.

If I had to speculate, I would say that not being able to have children for fear that they would inherit the same disease as him made him jealous of people with children, and seeing Nick waste the gift God gave him must have made him really sad.

Wasn't Jim a school teacher or had contemplated being a school teacher at some point in the past? He's always had a soft spot in his heart of the welfare of kids, similar to Josh.

Fucking with kids has always been a trigger for him. He wanted to be a teacher at one point before he realized how fucked public education is at the moment.

I can't imagine how he feels now that the warrant dropped.
I think he was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but that's pretty hard now.
