Ilona isn't anywhere close to a lolcow, so I'm not sure what you would post about her in a fitness/bodybuilding thread that would be noteworthy to people like me who follow these types. She's not a diet/fitness grifter of any sort, which most of the bodybuilding and fitness lolcows are. She's not a "fake natty," meaning someone who denies using PEDs. She hasn't scammed her viewers with crap nutrition/training plans, nor has she plagiarized anyone's fitness articles/books, as far as I know. She doesn't lie about her qualifications, or try to advise anyone beyond her limited scope of practice as a personal trainer. She's not eating sticks of butter and claiming she's found the way to reverse Type II Diabetes, or moving to Pattaya for the easy access to PEDs and other chemicals, and then finding herself in the midst of a murder case. That's the sort of stuff bodybuilding/fitness lolcows get up to. They're an interesting bunch, but Ilona is about as boring and wholesome as a bodybuilder could be in this day and age.
When I started following her, I was thinking she might turn out to be an interesting sort of a cow, but she's really not. In terms of the realm of female bodybuilding, Ilona is really quite down to earth and surprisingly frank about all the things people are curious about when it comes to women and bodybuilding--the drugs, her diet, the financial and emotional costs, the sheer dullness of the day in, day out routine. It's very unusual for women in that world to be so open about everything, but something that IMO is necessary.
Looks as though Hussy/GG have filed a motion to reinstate the case against AK. Glad to see them moving in silence this time.
