Honestly, I doubt Nick wanted the responsibility of selling drugs and reporting back. That's basically another job for him even in minor amounts. I also don't think he'd just toss it out the window on the drive home, he licks whiskey bottles. I think if he was getting heroin, the cops would've found it. I think small town cops/church goers just thought the sores were injection site marks.

Although, speaking of, I'm curious to the extent of the search. Pretty much everything drug related was found in the master bedroom/bath. This is consistent with Aaron's stories, but I'm curious if the police bothered to check the streaming room or anywhere else in the house.

Plot Twist: They found a .22lr weapon in the Rekieta home, it's the "Sig AR". Otherwise known as "Not an actual AR-15, but some piece of shit in .22 LR to look like an AR." The spent casing are either from him mixing up some Brown Brown because he had just watched Lord of War, or from him shooting random shit from his window.

I tried to find the model of the AR from the serial number, but can't find any good documentation for SIG rifle serial numbers. Someone who knows more about those things would probably be able to discern whether it was a .22lr cuck gun from the first three characters of the serial number though.

I’m interested to see what the actual living conditions were like. I think it’s bad, but not as bad as some might be claiming.

I think the most damning thing in the footage will be Nick’s behavior. He seemed in bad shape at his hearing, which makes me think that he was using relatively close to when he was arrested.

The heartbreaking thing will be the kids. If there’s any footage of Kayla while she makes arrangements before being taken in herself. I truly feel for those kids man. I pray this takes them to a better situation, but at least one of them is going to have to work through years of thinking it was their fault mommy and daddy got arrested. Thats a hell of a thing for a kid as young as six.

I doubt Kayla made arrangements for the kids. You normally don't get a choice where kids go. Either way, the state has custody of the kids. The most likely scenario is that the oldest child was asked if any family is close by. Kayla's parents had to have their home checked, and background checked.

By the way, Nick's parents can't be the kids guardian for months. It takes close to 6 months to transfer kids out of state.
