Those poor kids. Not sure people realize just what happens in situations where parents get to that level of neglect due to drugs. All depends on how the trust is setup and administered. Farmers have wondered about it's requirements ie age, children to continue the family, career, etc. Who is in control? Does it come in monthly disbursements, do big purchases like a house get reimbursed? IIRC there are multiple trusts and a poster got a look at some paperwork at one point. It wasn't too illuminating.
