They may have been incorrect in this, considering how well the whole Pryor/Wilder thing did in subsequent movies, but Cleavon Little delivered a master performance in this film.

Just for shits I sent an email to the Spicer, MN Sheriff records department requesting to "inspect" the body cam footage from Rekieta's arrest. According to the state of MN's government website there is no fee for "inspection" only copies of what you are requesting. I'll update when they respond.

The sample emails requesting an inspection in that PDF say that they'd be requesting an inspection under Minnesota Statutes, section 13.03, subdivision 3. Here's that portion:
