Look: when 1) various people are concerned enough to notice that a family is looking bedraggled, acting strange, losing weight, kids are looking or acting off; 2) an adult in that family is rambling incoherently on a regular basis, drinking for hours to get to that incoherent point every night, then driving kids everywhere (per that parent), licking a man's face, implying swinging with a couple that's been described by parent as spending intense time with the parents of the household with the kids being home and around, missing work and behaving erratically, showing behaviors characteristic of someone using certain types of drugs, etc.; and 3) when some third party acts against his own interest in admitting to illegal behavior and to knowledge that children were afterthoughts at best in the subject household; quibbling with inane comments like, "well children always say they're hungry" and "why can't the kid make a sandwich" and "did the child say it or did the teacher say it" or "you don't know if that was cocaine" or "obviously that guy is a crud, too" is just goofy. There are community observations, a man's own, observable behavior, and statements by someone in a position to know. And those three things indicate hard drugs and incapacitation on a regular, extended basis, potentially inappropriate environmental conditions for children, with overtly sexual adult situations occurring, in a house where children live everyday, to the point that it is apparent from the outside and from the appearance of the children that something is very wrong in that house. The fuck else do you think should be needed for a warrant and arrest?
