It's coming from the fact that as a tween people were capable of making themselves a sandwich, putting away their laundry, and washing dishes every once in a while. The people trying to make that point are disregarding the fact that doing stuff for yourself as a teenager is completely different from the situation the Rekieta children found themselves. Not only that, but they weren't being raised to take care of the household. It way forced upon them over a brief period of time. They aren't farmhands grabbing chickens eggs before they go off to kindergarten. They had at least moderately attentive parents and a nanny until a year or so ago. Then they're supposed to be fending for themselves and each other.
It's taking one detail and running with it likes it's the entire story.

Because Legal Mindset is in that DM group were Nick is coping and releasing incriminating statements about the case. So I can imagine Nick bragging about something like this.

I hope the community over there makes sure kids successfully complete this school year. I also hope it doesn't come out that his 2 kids (2012 and 2015) were not in education. I expected kids would be missing classes and falling behind, but I never suspected he totally withheld schooling to kids. Since they had a nanny for many years I guess if kids were out of education that's recent thing.

So I'm going to unshit on Legal Mindset. After watching him over the last couple of days on this, it's clear that he is trying to keep his channel as legal focused as possible and not trying to be emotional. He was shitty the other day and jumping to conclusions and I can see it was probably a bit of not wanting to believe that someone he was friendly with is capable of this but his swing to absolute condemnation of Nick, Barnes and Viva is good to see.
